This is a second collection of poems that I have put together. Some follow form, some don't. Some change horses midstream. The only thing I know about them is that, at any given moment, each one popped into my head, begging to be let out. I'm just trying to help.
Luz De La FÃ(c) Y De La Ley En Dialogo Y Estilo Parabolico Entre Desiderio Y Electo ......
"Luz De La F Y De La Ley En Dialogo Y Estilo Parabolico Entre Desiderio Y Electo ......" presents a dialogue, styled as parables, between two figures: Desiderio and Electo. Authored by Jaime Baron y Ar -n ((O.P.)), this Spanish-language work delves into the intersection of faith and law within a Catholic framework. The book explores ethical considerations and theological concepts through the interactions and narratives involving Desiderio and Electo, offering readers insights into Catholic doctrine and its practical application. This book will appeal to those interested in Christian theology, particularly within the Catholic tradition, and to readers who appreciate philosophical dialogues exploring complex religious and ethical themes. The parabolic style enhances the accessibility of the subject matter, making it suitable for both academic study and personal reflection. I take seriously what Ezra Pound said, "make poetry new." I do not want to write like anyone else, if that's possible. I want to create new forms of poetry. Sure, I have been influenced by many writers who write differently than I do, whether it is in style, theme, or topics, but I respect all forms and styles of poetry. I am experimenting all the time. Each time I write, it is as if it is my first time, like I have not done it before. The poem, and the way it is put together, becomes the object I am writing about as well as the subject. The way the poem is written is part of its meaning. All of it, I feel, comes from a deep and original, and yet common, place. I write to try to understand myself and the world and to question the things we just assume to be true, but mostly I write to remember the brightness of being alive.
