Yet, her faith in God, love for family, and passion for soulful recipes helped her overcome the most devastating experiences.Despite barriers, for over 15 years, Catrina envisioned writing and publishing a cookbook with her family recipes. Motivated by words from friends and family, Catrina decided to finish her cookbook.
