English summary: The Hellenistic period marks a major turning-point in the development of Greek epigram: Before, epigrams were composed to be inscribed on an object (mainly on grave stones and votive offerings). While "stone epigrams" continue to be written, Hellenistic poets now start to compose "book epigrams" chiefly designed to be read on a scroll; many of these texts toy with the possibility of being inscribed on a monument and through this tension offer aesthetic pleasure to the reader. They frequently employ inscriptional language; at the same time, they modify it and often become a vehicle for poetological statements. The author investigates whether the generic modifications and expansions that may be observed in book epigrams are in turn reflected in metrical inscriptions of Hellenistic (and later) times, and how these were readapted to suit the needs of a real inscription. German description: Zwischen den fruhsten griechischen Versinschriften und den altesten Werken der griechischen Literatur bestand von Anfang an eine Wechselwirkung. Die Literatur konnte sich inhaltlicher und formaler Elemente der Inschriften bedienen, die Inschriften nahmen Bezug auf die Literatur. Die Arbeit analysiert diese Wechselwirkungen fur die bisher unter diesem Aspekt kaum erforschten Epochen des Hellenismus und der Kaiserzeit. Timo Christian zeigt, wie die literarische Epigrammatik auf die inschriftliche zuruckgewirkt hat. So ubernahmen die Versinschriften Motive der literarischen Epigrammatik, die jedoch haufig an die besonderen Bedingungen der Versinschriften angepasst wurden. Damit leisteten die Versinschriften wiederum einen selbststandigen Beitrag zur Rezeption und kreativen Weiterfuhrung literarischer Techniken.

Masseunzulanglichkeit liegt vor, wenn zwar die Kosten des Insolvenzverfahrens, nicht aber die falligen sonstigen Masseverbindlichkeiten gedeckt sind. Masseunzulanglichen Verfahren kommt in der Verwalterpraxis seit jeher eine erhebliche Bedeutung zu. Trotz dieser praktischen Relevanz ist mit Einfuhrung der Insolvenzordnung im Jahre 1999 eine umfassende gesetzgeberische Regelung zur Abwicklung masseunzulanglicher Verfahren unterblieben. Noch immer sind etliche Fragen und Probleme im Zusammenhang mit der Masseunzulanglichkeit offen und von einer abschliessenden Klarung durch die Rechtsprechung weit entfernt. Eine systematische Aufarbeitung des Phanomens der Masseunzulanglichkeit ist somit insbesondere fur die Praxis der Insolvenzverwaltung und der Insolvenzgerichte wichtig und drangend. Hierzu leistet diese Arbeit einen wichtigen Beitrag.
