I am 43 old, and it has been one of my dreams to write this poetry book. I thought it might inspire patients the world over to write. It alleviated theboredom I felt in the hospitals in my admissions and created a little bit of fun. Eighteen years ago, I found myself being forced into hospital by my Dad after breaking a window in a hotel, and I went with it. But when we were both told there was nothing wrong with me, I pretended to have something wrong with me to get in. I had a girlfriend who had been in the same hospital, and I wanted to find out first what it was like. It was a crazy move, but I felt that if I could plead insanity in court for breaking the window, then it was justified. They are my thoughts day to day in the hospitals, and some are from when I was in the Merchant navy and others when I was just writing for the fun of it.

No art. 2 da Conven o de 1886 definido o termo de obras liter rias e art sticas atrav s de uma enumera o em que encontramos o serm o e outras obras deste g nero, que s o protegidas a favor dos seus autores e detentores de direitos. Atrav s do presente estudo tentamos mostrar que o serm o definido como um discurso proferido por um cl rigo na igreja, que explica e comenta um texto b blico e d aos fi is as orienta es morais necess rias, pertence a uma classe de obras orais protegidas, bem como obras escritas, sob a forma de originalidade. Assim, consideramos que o serm o uma obra de cria o intelectual que protegida tanto convencionalmente como legalmente, uma prote o que proporciona respeito pelo trabalho intelectual e um incentivo criatividade.
