In an era when knowledge can travel with astonishing speed, the need for analysis of intellectual property (IP) law—and its focus on patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and issues of copyright—has never been greater. But as Robert M. Farley and Davida H. Isaacs stress in Patents for Power, we have long overlooked critical ties between IP law and one area of worldwide concern: military technology. This deft blend of case studies, theoretical analyses, and policy advice reveals the fundamental role of IP law in shaping how states create and transmit defense equipment and weaponry. The book probes two major issues: the effect of IP law on innovation itself and the effect of IP law on the international diffusion, or sharing, of technology. Hasta ese momento entonces la comunicaci n volver a ser como en el principio en el huerto, cuando el hombre se comunicaba con Dios, esa comunicaci n y comuni n que el hombre perdi , se convierte en oraci n.G nesis 3:8 Y oyeron la voz de Jehov Dios que se paseaba en el huerto al aire del d a: y escondi se el hombre y su mujer de la presencia de Jehov Dios entre los rboles del huerto.1.El hombre estaba en comunicaci n y comuni n con Dios en el huerto, nadie puede decir por cu nto tiempo sucedi esa intimidad que hab a con el hombre; hasta este momento no hab a oraci n, era una comunicaci n directa.2.Pero el hombre desobedeci a Dios y eso hizo que se desconectara en la comunicaci n y comuni n con Dios, se escondieron de El.3.Paso el tiempo y es cuando entonces el hombre se reconecta con Dios por medio de Cristo; aunque en el Antiguo Testamento hubo prototipos del sacrificio y para restaurar anualmente la comunicaci n con Dios.4.Una vez que el hombre deja de escuchar la voz de Dios y poderle hablar de forma directa, es cuando surge el momento de la oraci n.5.A partir de aquel momento en que Jes s abre nuevamente el camino entre el Padre y la humanidad, es cuando la oraci n se vuelve la llave con poder divino porque toma vigencia en la primera menci n de la Iglesia, la forma de comunicarse con Dios dejar a de ser religiosa para convertirse en una oraci n con poder legislativo. Es decir, la oraci n siempre estar ntimamente vinculada a la comunicaci n, la cual fue antes de la ca da del hombre y la oraci n despu s de aquel momento en que el hombre es enga ado por Satan s en una operaci n diab licamente orquestada. Pero el punto es que la diferencia entre una forma de comunicaci n a otra, es precisamente marcada por un acto de desobediencia.
