Advances in technology have resulted in new and advanced methods to support decision-making. For example, artificial intelligence has enabled people to make better decisions through the use of Intelligent Decision Support Systems (DSS). В данной работе предлагается мультиметодологическая платформа моделирования (DSS) для перспективного анализа моделей плотности застройки городов, основанная на переопределении спроса не как входной, а как динамической переменной во времени и пространстве. На примере городского округа Медельин (Колумбия) были применены инновационные подходы к моделированию для анализа динамики, обусловленной государственным вмешательством и реализацией проектов в области транспорта, промышленности, жилищного строительства, землепользования, мобильности населения и предприятий и др. Эта DSS активно способствовала достижению консенсуса между конфликтующими сторонами, заставляя их обмениваться мнениями, обсуждать и сталкивать свои позиции по вопросам воздействия на застройку в рамках проекта Urban Futures. Благодаря этому исследованию у меня была уникальная возможность конструктивно и продуктивно участвовать в преобразованиях Медельина и увидеть, как вклад академической науки позволяет устранить корни городского неравенства, а не его симптомы.

Ce travail propose une plateforme de mod lisation multim thodologique (DSS) pour l'analyse prospective des mod les de densification urbaine, bas e sur la red finition de la demande comme une variable dynamique dans le temps et l'espace plut t que comme une donn e d'entr e. Pour l' tude de cas de l'aire m tropolitaine de Medell n (Colombie), des approches de mod lisation innovantes ont t mises en oeuvre pour analyser les dynamiques d riv es de l'intervention publique et de la mise en oeuvre de projets dans les domaines du transport, de l'industrie, du logement, de l'utilisation des sols, de la mobilit r sidentielle et de la mobilit des entreprises, entre autres. Ce DSS a activement contribu l'obtention d'un consensus entre les parties en conflit en les obligeant changer, discuter et confronter leurs positions sur les impacts de la construction des Futurs Urbains. Gr ce cette recherche, j'ai eu l'occasion unique de m'engager de mani re significative et productive dans la transformation de Medell n, et d'exp rimenter comment la contribution universitaire offrait des perspectives pour s'attaquer aux racines de l'in galit urbaine plut t qu' ses sympt mes.

F r die Fallstudie des Gro raums Medell n (Kolumbien) wurden innovative Modellierungsans tze implementiert, um die Dynamik zu analysieren, die sich unter anderem aus ffentlichen Interventionen und der Umsetzung von Projekten in den Bereichen Verkehr, Industrie, Wohnungsbau, Fl chennutzung, Wohnen und Mobilit t von Unternehmen ergibt. Dieses DSS trug aktiv zur Konsensfindung zwischen Konfliktparteien bei, indem es zum Austausch, zur Diskussion und zur Konfrontation ihrer Positionen zu den Auswirkungen von Urban Futures auf das Geb ude zwang. Durch diese Forschung hatte ich die einmalige Gelegenheit, mich sinnvoll und produktiv mit dem Wandel in Medell n zu befassen und zu erleben, wie der akademische Beitrag Einblicke bot, um die Wurzeln der st dtischen Ungleichheit zu bek mpfen, anstatt ihre Symptome.
