O livro tem por objetivo investigar o estatuto socioecon mico da fam lia e a influ ncia dos pares como factores de previs o do comportamento de delinqu ncia juvenil entre os adolescentes do Governo Local de Egor, no Benim. Para a realiza o deste projeto, foi utilizado um desenho de exposi o de facto e foi adoptada a t cnica de amostragem intencional para a amostragem dos inquiridos no estudo. As vari veis independentes utilizadas no estudo foram o estatuto socioecon mico e a influ ncia dos pares. Foi administrado um total de 250 question rios aos participantes, dos quais 218 foram corretamente preenchidos e considerados teis para o estudo. A idade dos participantes variava entre os 9 e os 17 anos. As caracter sticas demogr ficas revelam que, no total, 89, representando 40,8%, s o do sexo masculino, enquanto 129, representando 59,2%, s o do sexo feminino. Al m disso, a faixa et ria dos 9-11 anos de 77, o que representa 35,3% da popula o, a faixa et ria dos 12-14 anos de 121, o que representa 55,5%, e a faixa et ria dos 15-17 anos representa 9,2% da popula o. Neste estudo foram testadas quatro hip teses: as hip teses um e tr s foram testadas utilizando o teste t para as vari veis independentes, a hip tese dois foi testada utilizando a an lise de correla o e a hip tese quatro foi analisada utilizando a ANOVA de uma via.
