Die zunehmenden Verkehrsstaus auf vielen Stra en und Autobahnen sind ein gro es Problem f r Reisende, Verwaltungen, H ndler, Entwickler und die Gemeinde insgesamt. Staus beeintr chtigen die tats chliche Erreichbarkeit von Einwohnern, Aktivit ten und Arbeitspl tzen, was zu einem Verlust an M glichkeiten f r die ffentlichkeit und die Wirtschaft f hrt. Dieses Problem ist heute ein gro es Anliegen f r thiopien und die gro en St dte des Landes. Aus diesem Grund ist der erste Schritt die Bewertung der Verkehrs berlastung und die Bestimmung des Serviceniveaus mit der Ursache der Verkehrs berlastung. Von diesen Gro st dten in thiopien ist nun auch die Stadt Adama von Verkehrsstaus betroffen. In dieser Studie wurden die Verkehrsqualit t und die Staumessung mit Hilfe der SIDRA-Kreuzungssoftware bzw. der Reisezeitmethode ermittelt und die Staukostenanalyse nur f r die vier am st rksten berlasteten Kreuzungen durchgef hrt. Nach der Analyse gibt es 29.189 Fahrzeuge pro Tag nur auf der Posta-bet-Kreuzung, die sich auf der Hauptstra e befindet. Die Analyse der Gesamtverz gerung des Abschnitts zeigt, dass auf den vier ausgew hlten Zufahrten 1067 veh-min verloren gingen. Au erdem gehen im Durchschnitt etwa 39,6 Millionen Birr pro Jahr auf einer Zufahrt verloren.
Évaluation de la congestion du trafic et des niveaux de service aux principaux carrefours d'Adama
L'augmentation des embouteillages dans de nombreuses rues et autoroutes est une pr occupation majeure pour les voyageurs, les administrateurs, les commer ants, les promoteurs et la communaut dans son ensemble. Les embouteillages r duisent l'accessibilit effective des r sidents, des activit s et des emplois, ce qui se traduit par des pertes d'opportunit s pour le public et les entreprises. Ce probl me est aujourd'hui une pr occupation majeure pour l' thiopie et les grandes villes du pays. C'est pourquoi la premi re tape consiste valuer la congestion du trafic et d terminer le niveau de service en fonction de la cause de la congestion du trafic. Parmi ces grandes villes thiopiennes, la ville d'Adama est aujourd'hui affect e par les embouteillages. Dans cette tude, le niveau de service et la mesure de la congestion en utilisant le logiciel d'intersection SIDRA et l'approche du temps de parcours respectivement, ainsi que l'analyse du co t de la congestion ont t effectu s pour seulement quatre intersections les plus congestionn es. Apr s l'analyse, il y a 29 189 v hicules par jour l'intersection de Posta-bet qui se trouve sur l'autoroute principale. L'analyse du retard total par segment montre que 1067veh-min ont t perdus sur les quatre approches s lectionn es. En outre, en moyenne, environ 39,6 millions de birr sont perdus sur une approche par an.
Valutazione della congestione del traffico e del LOS nelle principali intersezioni di Adama
L'aumento della congestione del traffico su molte strade e autostrade una delle principali preoccupazioni di viaggiatori, amministratori, commercianti, sviluppatori e della comunit in generale. La congestione riduce l'effettiva accessibilit dei residenti, delle attivit e dei posti di lavoro, con conseguente perdita di opportunit sia per i cittadini che per le imprese. Questo problema oggi una grande preoccupazione per l'Etiopia e per le principali citt del Paese. Per questo motivo la valutazione della congestione del traffico e la determinazione del livello di servizio con la causa della congestione del traffico il primo passo. Tra le principali citt dell'Etiopia, la citt di Adama ora interessata dalla congestione del traffico. In questo studio, il livello di servizio e la misura della congestione sono stati misurati utilizzando rispettivamente il software per le intersezioni SIDRA e l'approccio dei tempi di percorrenza, mentre l'analisi dei costi della congestione stata effettuata solo per le quattro intersezioni pi congestionate. Dopo l'analisi sono stati rilevati 29.189 veicoli al giorno solo sull'intersezione di Posta-bet, che si trova sull'autostrada principale. L'analisi del ritardo totale del segmento mostra una perdita di 1067 veh-min sui quattro approcci selezionati. Inoltre, in media si perdono circa 39,6 milioni di birr su un approccio all'anno.

Esta quest o atualmente uma grande preocupa o para a Eti pia e para as principais cidades do pa s. Por este motivo, a avalia o do congestionamento do tr fego e a determina o do n vel de servi o em fun o da causa do congestionamento o primeiro passo. Entre as principais cidades da Eti pia, a cidade de Adama atualmente afetada pelo congestionamento do tr fego. Neste estudo, a medi o do n vel de servi o e do congestionamento utilizando o software de intersec es SIDRA e a abordagem do tempo de viagem, respetivamente, e a an lise do custo do congestionamento foram efectuadas apenas para as quatro intersec es mais congestionadas. The concern over the environment induced a large numbers of companies to start developing manufacturing process using alternative materials for their products and seeking new markets. With the significant production of waste fibrous materials, different companies are looking for applications wherein waste materials may represent an added-value material. This study is about the research where waste fibers are collected and transformed into a fibrous mat of more homogeneously mixed and combed fibers, mainly containing natural fibers. The fiber material is processed into a non woven fabric. There are many compelling reasons for the recycling of waste from textile products and processes. They include conservation of resources, reduction of the need for landfills and paying the associated tipping fees, and provision of low-cost raw materials for products.
