In Morocco, water resource conservation has become a priority, due to the diversity of potential sources of its pollution. To date, the city of Fez is experiencing dynamic industrial, artisanal and large farming with extensive use of toxic chemicals, part of which is carried by the water nearby in Wadis or infiltrated by the soil into groundwater. This threatens ominously and alarming environmental and man. The objective of this study is, firstly, to identify the most polluted areas near polluting industries estimated the city of Fez, and secondly, know their impact on the quality of surface waters in the city of Fez. For this, we performed a thorough diagnosis of the activities of all industrial areas of the city to determine the points of water samples to identify their quality. Next, we performed a spatiotemporal monitoring of the quality of these waters for 6 months of 2017 by the SEQ-GIS approach and statistical analysis of variance (ANOVA). The diagnostic results show that the city of Fez consists of five main business areas of variables and different activities: Ain Nokbi, Sidi Boujida, Dokkarat, Bensouda and Sidi Brahim. Wadis through the raised areas are respectively Wadi Tghat, wadi Zhoun, wadi Fez upstream, wadi Ain Smen and wadi Lmahraz and are characterized by strong organic fillers, mineral, metal and fecal contamination. The most polluted Wadis are located in the wadi downstream Fez (Tghat and Zhoun) mainly to industrial districts Ain Nokbi (S1) and Sidi Boujida (S2). The evaluation of their quality by coupling techniques Evaluation Systems Quality and Geographical Information and ANOVA statistical analysis reveals that they are of very poor quality.

A partir des ann es 1970, le tourisme de masse a subi un essoufflement s'interpr tant par la chute du nombre de touristes dans les stations touristiques. Ce d clin a t expliqu par la crise qu'a connue le mode de production fordiste durant les ann es 1970 notamment les deux chocs p troli res des ann es 1973 et 1979 qui ont mis en cause les processus conomiques d'accumulation. Comme cons quences, le syst me du fordisme est devenu incapable de r pondre aux demandes du march de plus en plus diversifi es et individualis es dans le secteur industriel comme dans le secteur touristique. Ce qui a fait naitre un nouveau syst me de production baptis le Post-fordisme dont l'objectif est de combler les d faillances caus es par le premier mod le et trouver une solution pour sortir de cette crise socio- conomique. Dans l'industrie du voyage, le tourisme Postfordiste se manifeste dans la proposition d'un ensemble de produits et services plus personnalis s pour une cat gorie des touristes cherchant une nouvelle exp rience autre que le produit standard Soleil et plage . Dans ce travail, nous allons mettre le point sur un type de tourisme postfordiste notamment l' cotourisme.

La th matique abord e dans livre est la mod lisation, la conception et la commande d'un bras manipulateur qui doit tre capable de planifier, c'est- -dire trouver par lui-m me et l'avance, la s quence d'action ex cuter dans un environnement muni des obstacles, tout en garantissant les meilleurs performances; pr cision, stabilit et rapidit . La structure de ce livre se porte dans un premier temps sur la mod lisation du manipulateur, pour cela nous avons utilis la m thode de Bond Graph. Dans un deuxi me temps, on a formul le probl me de la conception optimale du bras manipulateur pour trouver la meilleure dimension de ses param tres g om triques en assurant l'obtention des crit res de performances. Ainsi on a adapt la m thode de colonie de fourmis (ACO) pour r soudre le probl me de la panification de trajectoire pour le bras manipulateur en la pr sence des obstacles statiques. Enfin, nous avons pr sent une nouvelle strat gie de contr le MIMO de position bas e sur la logique floue.
