Four modifiable risk factors are largely responsible for these diseases: tobacco use, unhealthy diet, lack of physical activity and harmful use of alcohol. Adolescence is a pivotal period for the development of non-communicable diseases, the prevention of which can have a triple benefit for today's teenagers, for their future adult lives and for the next generation. L'importance des complexes m talliques s'est accrue dans diverses directions comme la synth se organique, la catalyse, les m dicaments, les mat riaux ou l'environnement.L'objectif donc de ce travail tait de synth tiser, de caract riser et de complexer des motifs h t rocycliques ''les chrom nes'' au travers leur affinit marqu e pour les m taux lourds et de transition pour des applications potentielles dans la protection de l'environnement.En effet, une fois pr par s par voie classique (chauffage reflux) et sous irradiation aux microondes, les deux types de chrom nes: Les 2-amino-4-aryl-3-cyano-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-7,7-dim thyl-5-oxo-4H-benzopyranes 5(a-d) et les 2,6-diamino-4-aryl-4H-chromene-3-carbonitrile 5'b et 5'd sont engag s dans une r action de complexation avec les sels m talliques: PbCl2, FeCl2 et ZnCl2 en solution dans l' thanol. La caract risation des ligands chrom nes et de leurs complexes correspondants a t r alis e par les m thodes spectroscopiques usuelles: Infrarouge, UV-visible et RMN.
