It provides an understanding of the sanitation system used in the Colina neighbourhood in the municipality of Igarap -A u. It consists of a technical opinion on the description of the study area, images, research methodologies, graphs of quantitative principles that do justice to the numbers in percentage used in the development according to questionnaires answered by residents, and qualitative understood through interviews with representatives of the municipality's management departments; and the deprecation of results linked to the health of residents, which is reflected in the issues that integrate the quality of the service. Its development is built on these perspectives, positioned between the issues of problematisation about what was diagnosed through on-site observations. It emphasises the elements belonging to environmental perception, highlighting drinking water treatment and distribution, solid waste treatment and disposal, rainwater drainage, domestic sewage treatment and disposal and public health. Thus, after the approach and description of the information in its development, the proposals for improvements included in the research are highlighted.

Fornisce una comprensione del sistema igienico-sanitario utilizzato nel quartiere di Colina, nel comune di Igarap -A u. Si compone di un parere tecnico sulla descrizione dell'area di studio, di immagini, di metodologie di ricerca, di grafici di principi quantitativi che rendono giustizia ai numeri in percentuale utilizzati nello sviluppo in base ai questionari a cui hanno risposto i residenti, e qualitativi compresi attraverso interviste con i rappresentanti dei dipartimenti di gestione del comune; e la deprecazione dei risultati legati alla salute dei residenti, che si riflette nelle questioni che integrano la qualit del servizio. Il suo sviluppo si basa su queste prospettive, posizionate tra le questioni di problematizzazione di ci che stato diagnosticato attraverso le osservazioni in loco. Il progetto pone l'accento sugli elementi della percezione ambientale, evidenziando il trattamento e la distribuzione dell'acqua potabile, il trattamento e lo smaltimento dei rifiuti solidi, il drenaggio dell'acqua piovana, il trattamento e lo smaltimento delle acque reflue domestiche e la salute pubblica. Quindi, dopo l'approccio e la descrizione delle informazioni nel loro sviluppo, vengono evidenziate le proposte di miglioramento incluse nella ricerca.

A colite ulcerativa, doen a inflamat ria cr nica que afeta principalmente o c lon e o reto, e se caracteriza por lceras na mucosa intestinal. Muitos sistemas end genos est o envolvidos na fisiologia intestinal, sendo o sistema muscar nico fundamental para esse processo. O objetivo deste trabalho foi investigar a a o anti-inflamat ria mediada pelo receptor muscar nico M1 na colite por cido ac tico (AA). Os grupos de animais que receberam AA a 6% intracol nico apresentaram ap s 18h da indu o um aumento significativo do n mero de les es no c lon e na concentra o de MPO, MDA e uma redu o dos n veis de GSH no tecido intestinal em rela o aos outros tempos analisados. Foi observado que o tratamento com McN-A-343 1,5 mg/kg apresentou uma redu o da les o intestinal de forma significativa, e uma redu o do peso mido, MPO, n veis de IL-1β e dos marcadores de estresse oxidativo. Entretanto, a coadministra o de McN-A-343 e pirenzepina reverteram o efeito do McN-A-343. Portanto, sugere-se que o pico inflamat rio da colite por AA ocorre ap s de 18h da indu o. Al m disso, foi visto que o receptor muscar nico M1 est envolvido na revers o do efeito pr -inflamat rio da colite.

Brazil is a major producer of vegetables, with an annual turnover of more than R$10 billion. However, pesticides are used indiscriminately and these products are highly damaging to the environment and human health. Cear is the fourth Brazilian state with the highest number of establishments selling these products. The aim of this study was to assess the socio-economic profile of producers and identify the types of pesticides used on vegetable plantations in the municipality of Crato-CE. The study was carried out in a descriptive manner, with technical expeditions to the production sites. It was found that the production model used in horticulture in the municipality does not have any major technological advances. Around five pesticides were used, none of which are recommended for the crops. In this context, emergency measures are needed to minimise the use of pesticides in horticulture in the municipality of Crato.

Brazylia jest gl wnym producentem warzyw, z rocznym obrotem przekraczającym 10 miliard w dolar w. Jednak pestycydy są stosowane bezkrytycznie, a produkty te są bardzo szkodliwe dla środowiska i zdrowia ludzkiego. Cear jest czwartym brazylijskim stanem z największą liczbą zaklad w sprzedających te produkty. Celem niniejszego badania byla ocena profilu spoleczno-ekonomicznego producent w i identyfikacja rodzaj w pestycyd w stosowanych na plantacjach warzyw w gminie Crato-CE. Badanie zostalo przeprowadzone w spos b opisowy, z ekspedycjami technicznymi do miejsc produkcji. Stwierdzono, że model produkcji stosowany w ogrodnictwie w gminie nie wykazuje żadnych znaczących postęp w technologicznych. Stosowano okolo pięciu pestycyd w, z kt rych żaden nie jest zalecany dla upraw. W tym kontekście potrzebne są środki nadzwyczajne, aby zminimalizowac stosowanie pestycyd w w ogrodnictwie w gminie Crato.

Il Brasile un importante produttore di ortaggi, con un fatturato annuo di oltre 10 miliardi di reais. Tuttavia, i pesticidi vengono utilizzati in modo indiscriminato e questi prodotti sono altamente dannosi per l'ambiente e la salute umana. Il Cear il quarto Stato brasiliano con il maggior numero di stabilimenti che vendono questi prodotti. Lo scopo di questo studio stato quello di valutare il profilo socio-economico dei produttori e identificare i tipi di pesticidi utilizzati nelle piantagioni di ortaggi nel comune di Crato-CE. Lo studio stato condotto in modo descrittivo, con spedizioni tecniche nei siti di produzione. emerso che il modello produttivo utilizzato nell'orticoltura del comune non presenta grandi progressi tecnologici. Sono stati utilizzati circa cinque pesticidi, nessuno dei quali raccomandato per le colture. In questo contesto, sono necessarie misure di emergenza per ridurre al minimo l'uso di pesticidi nell'orticoltura del comune di Crato.
