Diese Studie ist Teil der Forschungslinie ffentliche Politik und Management im Bildungswesen des Masterstudiengangs in Erziehungswissenschaften an der F deralen Universit t von Uberl ndia und ihr zentrales Thema lautet: "Die Politik der digitalen Inklusion der kommunalen ffentlichen Schulen in Uberl ndia". Ausgehend von einer historischen Kontextualisierung der computergest tzten Systeme und des Ph nomens der digitalen Inklusion im Rahmen der brasilianischen Grundbildung besteht der Zweck dieser Forschung darin, die ffentlichen Ma nahmen zur digitalen Inklusion zu beschreiben und zu analysieren, die im Zeitraum 1999-2012 im kommunalen ffentlichen Schulnetz von Uberl ndia - RPME/UDI - formuliert und umgesetzt wurden. Die Ziele dieser Arbeit waren: a) den historischen Prozess der Entstehung und Verbreitung computergest tzter Systeme und ihre Beziehung zur Bildung als M glichkeit der F rderung ffentlicher Ma nahmen zur "digitalen Inklusion" zu beschreiben und kritisch zu analysieren; b) den historischen Weg der in Brasilien vorgeschriebenen und entwickelten Ma nahmen zur digitalen Inklusion im Bildungsbereich zu analysieren und c) die in der Gemeinde Uberl ndia vorgeschriebenen und eingef hrten Ma nahmen zur digitalen Inklusion auf der Grundlage des Studiums der offiziellen Dokumentation und der Wahrnehmungen der Lehrer zu beschreiben und zu analysieren.
