Leaders are using this simple but powerful approach to people-management to focus on what matters most at work-people and their purpose. Managers are helping their employees find more meaning in their work. Sales teams are getting more done in less time. And, companies are experiencing record-high engagement and lower turnover. They're doing so by focusing on seeing, growing, and involving their people. It would seem that high turnover is inevitable in today's workplace, but it is preventable. Rather than spending precious time recruiting, interviewing, and training to replace the talent cycling out the door, why not use that time taking your team to the next level?YOU WANT GREAT PEOPLE. You deserve to have a team of passionate, committed individuals excited about coming to work for you. Most organizations have to bribe their employees to return day after day. But great companies inspire their employees to partner with them to accomplish shared goals. BUT YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE THEM. You don't want to invest in employees that leave months later. Great companies invest in their employees and help them find purpose at work. They train every employee as a "whole person."NOW YOU CAN KEEP THEM LONGER. In Keep Them Longer, you'll learn how to turn employees into partners, how to avoid the biggest myths slowing your success, and how to design training and development programs proven to work. Keep Them Longer is not a book based on theory. It is based on Brian and Gabrielle Bosch 's work with some of the world's biggest brands. Keep Them Longer delivers extraordinary results for every area of your company-from interns to executives. Follow the clear four-step process outlined in the book and watch as your mind (and your company) transform Keep Them Longer is for leaders, managers, owners, executives, and influencers who want to: Stop losing great employees (it costs you at least $45,000 to lose just one employee).Create a culture that engages every generation-not just Millennials and Gen Z.Develop a comprehensive strategy to increase engagement and retention-no matter the industry or size of the company.Discover the programs, processes, and mindset necessary to Keep Them Longer. Plus, Keep Them Longer provides the exact step-by-step process that Brian and Gabrielle have used with major clients: How to stop hiring like it's the 90's and start recruiting and interviewing the right way. How most training programs delay employee development, and the secret to develop your people with the six pillars of Whole Person Training. How today's "best practices" stand in the way of progress, and the back-of-the-book strategy you have been waiting to save you time and bring you results. Plus, how to help your employees find purpose at work-and then connect that purpose to what your company does every day Keep Them Longer is not your typical people-management book. This is a breakthrough in the way we think about the people we lead.

One day, just like that, everything changed ...As Gabrielle writes in her morning pages, she is flooded with vivid memories of the past and intense responses to the present. She re-examines her choices throughout her life.A woman among men jockeying for power, Gabrielle is direct, unshakable and has created a world for herself where she rules alone. She has fought hard for her independence. Yet, she is in search for love and longs to be a housewife and taken care of.The relationships with the men in her life were made up, as one makes up the better part of life through thoughts and perceptions, realizations subjectively made by the drama of self-created identities.Gabrielle had so many external selves falling from her like leaves. But the old self reflects back in the mirror, still there, unchanged, whilst the body and life had taken yet another form.As she stands inside the lived moment, the "continuous present" of her life keeps intruding into her thoughts on this day in London. Time is passing by relentless. Can someone escape their self-identity?And then, just like that, everything changed ...A vivid portrait of one day in a woman's life through her morning pages. The city of London during lockdown the background.

Czech born GABRIELLE, orphaned after her mother dies in a Nazi concentration camp, is brought up by nuns, and leaves for Paris at the age of eighteen to study languages at the Sorbonne University. While in Paris, Gabrielle investigates her birthright and discovers that her name reveals Jewish heritage through her mother. Caught between her Jewish background and her Catholic upbringing, she decides to spend two years on a kibbutz in Israel to determine who she really is and where she fits in. Before she can leave, however, Jack, a young Englishman, stumbles into her life. They share a baguette, cheese and a bottle of wine for dinner, change their immediate plans and experience the giddy days of first love. Then, reality bites, and they have to part, Jack back to England and a distraught Gabrielle to Israel. In Israel, Gabrielle meets a young reservist paratrooper who also lives and works on the kibbutz. Originally from New Jersey, Mark is a man of few words, though this does not stop him from falling for Gabrielle. The feeling soon becomes mutual. However, before their relationship can move to plans of marriage and family, the Six-Day War breaks out, Mark returns to his unit and is lost to her. Shaken emotionally at her second loss, Gabrielle returns to Paris to resume her studies as an interpreter. With her certificate, she accepts a part-time contract with the International Court of Justice in The Hague and moves there. Assigned to the French Embassy and acting as the interpreter for the French Second Secretary at a cocktail party, she meets Reza, a young Iranian diplomat who is a cousin of the Shah of Iran. Gabrielle and Reza quickly strike up a relationship that moves from the dinner table to brunch the next day and to the bedroom later. Both, however, withhold information about themselves that could prove damaging, if not career-ending, for Reza. The Iranians disapprove of Reza's love interest and order him to cease and desist or marry Gabrielle. To add insult to injury, Iranian Embassy security trail the two and bug Gabrielle's phone. Despite her feelings, Gabrielle refuses to marry Reza under pressure from the Iranian Embassy. The relationship is further imperilled when they both come clean about their background: Gabrielle about being Jewish and having lived in Israel, and Reza about his position being a cover for his intelligence activities and a closet Baha'i and not the Muslim he seems to be to his employers and the outside world. Gabrielle receives a wedding invitation from her old girlfriend at the kibbutz, Natalie-a transplanted New Yorker. Conflict seems to follow Gabrielle wherever she happens to be. She arrives in Israel just in time to be shelled and bombed in the Yom Kippur War and is evacuated to Tel Aviv with Natalie. When Gabrielle finally returns to The Hague, she is unable to contact Reza. Did the Iranian Embassy find out about his background? Did they discover Gabrielle's connection with Israel? Realizing how precarious her situation is, and the danger she might be facing, Gabrielle flees The Hague and returns to Paris to escape the clutches of the Iranians. Fifty years later, at a wedding reception, Gabrielle is certain that one of the men sitting at her table is one of her former lovers. Having loved and lost three times, Gabrielle is philosophical, though, and wonders if an old flame can be reignited. Can it? Read the book and discover the ending. GABRIELLE could be classified as a genre Romance - it ticks off most of the boxes - or a love story. The author leaves it to the reader to decide which or whether a definition really matters, and whether Gabrielle can at last true happiness with one of her three loves.
