Die vorliegende Studie wurde ber einen Zeitraum von f nf Jahren (2004 bis 2008) in der Abteilung f r Chirurgie des S.M.S Medical College in Jaipur durchgef hrt. Alle Krebsf lle wurden nach dem von der WHO (9. Revision) entwickelten Kodierungssystem unter Verwendung der Codenummern (140-208) (ICD) eingeteilt und nach Histopathologie und Zytologie, Jahren, Alter und Geschlecht gruppiert. Die altersm ige Verteilung der F lle zeigt, dass die Krebsf lle mit dem Alter fast exponentiell zunehmen. Krebserkrankungen des Kopfes und des Halses standen an erster Stelle, gefolgt vom Urogenitaltrakt und dem Magen-Darm-Trakt. Bei den meisten Krebsarten hat das Stadium, in dem der Krebs entdeckt wird, eine viel gr ere prognostische Bedeutung als die in einem sp ten Stadium angebotene Behandlung. Bem hungen zur St rkung der therapeutischen Dienste sollten daher immer mit Programmen zur Fr herkennung und berweisung gekoppelt sein. Ein wirksames Krebsbek mpfungsprogramm st tzt sich auf die obligatorische Krebsregistrierung und epidemiologische Daten. Ich habe den Versuch unternommen, die Krebsdaten aus dem stlichen Teil Rajasthans zusammenzustellen, um das Krebsprofil in eine angemessene Perspektive zu r cken.

Tous les cas de cancer ont t r partis selon le syst me de codage con u par l'OMS (9e r vision) en utilisant le num ro de code (140-208) (CIM) et ils ont galement t regroup s en fonction de l'histopathologie et de la cytologie, des ann es, de l' ge et de l'incidence du sexe. La r partition des cas en fonction de l' ge r v le que les cas de cancer augmentent de mani re presque exponentielle avec l' ge. Les cancers de la t te et du cou arrivent en t te, suivis des cancers de l'appareil g nito-urinaire et de l'appareil digestif. Pour la plupart des types de cancer, le stade auquel le cancer est d couvert a une importance pronostique bien plus grande que n'importe quel traitement propos un stade tardif. Les efforts visant renforcer les services th rapeutiques doivent donc toujours tre associ s des programmes de diagnostic pr coce et d'orientation. Un programme efficace de lutte contre le cancer est guid par l'enregistrement obligatoire des cancers et les donn es pid miologiques. J'ai tent de compiler les donn es sur le cancer dans la partie orientale du Rajasthan afin de mettre en perspective le profil du cancer.

Il presente studio stato condotto per un periodo di cinque anni (dal 2004 al 2008) presso il Dipartimento di Chirurgia del S.M.S Medical College di Jaipur. Tutti i casi di cancro sono stati distribuiti secondo il sistema di codifica ideato dall'OMS (9a revisione) utilizzando il numero di codice (140-208) (ICD) e sono stati anche raggruppati in base all'istopatologia e alla citologia, agli anni, all'et e al sesso di incidenza. La distribuzione dei casi per et rivela che i casi di cancro aumentano quasi esponenzialmente con l'et . I tumori della testa e del collo sono al primo posto, seguiti da quelli del tratto genitourinario e del tratto gastrointestinale. Per la maggior parte dei tipi di cancro, lo stadio in cui il tumore viene scoperto ha un significato prognostico molto pi importante di qualsiasi trattamento offerto in fase avanzata. Gli sforzi per rafforzare i servizi terapeutici dovrebbero quindi essere sempre abbinati a programmi di diagnosi precoce e di invio. Un programma efficace di controllo del cancro guidato dalla registrazione obbligatoria dei tumori e dai dati epidemiologici. Ho fatto un tentativo di raccogliere i dati sul cancro della parte orientale del Rajasthan, in modo da mettere il profilo del cancro in una prospettiva adeguata.

O presente estudo foi efectuado durante um per odo de cinco anos (2004 a 2008), no Departamento de Cirurgia da Faculdade de Medicina de S.M.S., Jaipur. Todos os casos de cancro foram distribu dos de acordo com o sistema de codifica o concebido pela OMS (9.a revis o) utilizando o n mero de c digo (140-208) (CID) e foram tamb m agrupados de acordo com a histopatologia e a citologia, tendo sido determinadas as incid ncias por ano, idade e sexo. A distribui o dos casos por idade revela que os casos de cancro aumentam quase exponencialmente com a idade. Os cancros da cabe a e do pesco o ocupam o primeiro lugar, seguidos do trato geniturin rio e do trato gastrointestinal. Para a maioria dos tipos de cancro, a fase em que o cancro descoberto tem um significado progn stico muito maior do que qualquer tratamento oferecido numa fase tardia. Por conseguinte, os esfor os para refor ar os servi os terap uticos devem ser sempre acompanhados de programas de diagn stico precoce e de encaminhamento. Um programa eficaz de controlo do cancro orientado pelo registo obrigat rio do cancro e por dados epidemiol gicos. Fiz uma tentativa de compilar os dados sobre o cancro da parte oriental do Rajast o, de forma a perspetivar o perfil do cancro.

Ziel dieser Studie ist es, die Anwendung von Operations Research (OR)-Techniken zur Optimierung von Auftragsvergabeprozessen mit Hilfe von MATLAB-Software zu untersuchen. Die Zuweisung von Aufgaben ist in vielen Unternehmen eine kritische Aufgabe, und eine effiziente Zuweisung von Aufgaben an Personen oder Ressourcen kann die Produktivit t und die Gesamtleistung erheblich verbessern. Durch den Einsatz von OR-Methoden und den Rechenkapazit ten von MATLAB soll in dieser Studie ein optimiertes Modell f r die Aufgabenzuweisung entwickelt werden, das die Kosten minimiert, die Ressourcenauslastung maximiert und die betriebliche Effizienz steigert. Das Buch beginnt mit einem umfassenden Literatur berblick ber bestehende Forschungsarbeiten zu Auftragszuweisung und OR-Techniken, einschlie lich linearer Programmierung, ganzzahliger Programmierung und Zuweisungsproblemen. Es werden verschiedene Modelle und Algorithmen untersucht, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf ihrer Eignung f r die Optimierung der Auftragszuweisung liegt.
