The return of sovereignty over Hong Kong back to China in 1997 has led to both collaboration and competition between the two places in innovative and creative sectors for the Greater China and Asian Regions. Hong Kong has remained unique in spite of the integration, but she has to strike a delicate balance between being simultaneously a Chinese and an international city.This book looks at different innovative and creative industries, such as international art and culture exhibition, innovative technology, digital entertainment, TV and movies, as well as government policy for innovative and creative industries, particularly the changing competitive landscape brought about by the latest Great Bay Area development. Drawing insights from cultural history, innovation economics, cultural policy studies, and cultural geography, this book explores the opportunities and challenges of Hong Kong's innovative and creative industries, in particular after the change of sovereignty in 1997. It demonstrates that the city’s legacy, and heavy government input in capital, do not guarantee their sustainable development. La pr sente tude a d velopp un algorithme autonome pour l'identification et le suivi des cellules convectives (CITRA) en utilisant des images de r flectivit de la RMN. L'algorithme CITRA est impl ment en Python en utilisant la technique d'apprentissage profond des r seaux de neurones. La reconnaissance optique de caract res est utilis e dans la pr sente tude par le biais de "Tesseract", un module de r seau neuronal non supervis bas sur LSTM qui analyse le r seau de pixels dimensionnels d'entr e/image et produit des cha nes de haut niveau. L'algorithme passe en revue les valeurs des pixels de l'image par r flectivit DWR et reconna t les intensit s des pixels (>=30 dB) et s pare les cellules convectives ainsi que d'autres propri t s estim es des cellules telles que le centro de de la temp te, la zone couverte, la distance et la direction du centre du radar. Les performances de l'algorithme CITRA ont t test es sur diff rentes temp tes convectives et il a permis de les identifier et de les suivre avec succ s, ainsi que d'autres propri t s physiques des cellules convectives. De plus, nous avons d montr l'application potentielle de l'algorithme CITRA sur l' volution des cellules convectives d tect es dans la port e du radar. Actuellement, l'algorithme CITRA ne prend que des images de r flectivit comme seul param tre d'entr e.

La gestion des d chets organiques est l'un des probl mes environnementaux les plus urgents dans la plupart des zones urbaines et semi-urbaines du monde en d veloppement. L'enfouissement non scientifique des d chets solides municipaux est l'une des causes importantes de la d gradation de l'environnement et contribue dans une large mesure au r chauffement de la plan te. Les m nages constituent l'unit de base de la consommation d' nergie et de la production de d chets en milieu urbain. Dans ce contexte, la conversion des d chets organiques domestiques en un combustible vert, l'aide de la technologie du biogaz, offre un norme potentiel d'att nuation des missions de gaz effet de serre. Comme les usines de biogaz conventionnelles, les usines de biogaz portables n'ont pas encore t tudi es et valu es de mani re approfondie. Compte tenu de la grande importance des installations de biogaz domestiques portables, quatre types d'installations de biogaz portables ont t valu s dans la pr sente tude: le type de support de gaz flottant sans joint d'eau, le type de support de gaz flottant avec joint d'eau, le type de support de gaz fixe et l'installation de biogaz split portable KAU. L'unit de biogaz split portable KAU a montr une performance sup rieure aux autres unit s de biogaz utilis es dans l' tude. Les d chets de cuisine avaient un potentiel de production de biogaz de 58 L/L et 989,05 L/kgTS de d chets organiques.
