Pathogens are bacteria, viruses, nematodes, and fungi. Insects, like humans and plants, can be infected with pathogens that cause diseases. Insect pathogens generally kill, reduce reproduction, slow the growth, or shorten the life of a pest insect. Unlike chemical insecticides, microbial insecticides usually take longer to kill or weaken the target pest. But under certain conditions, such as high humidity or high pest populations, these pathogens can cause disease outbreaks that decimate an insect population. Pathogens are most effective when pest populations are very high. Pathogens are difficult to manage because their presence and effectiveness strongly depends on factors like moderate temperature and high humidity. Fungi have developed a plethora of strategies to colonize plants, and these interactions result in a broad spectrum of outcomes ranging from beneficial interactions to death of the host. With respect to plant pathogens, fungi represent probably the most diverse group of ecologically and economically relevant threats. Fungal plant pathogen species are primarily in the phyla Ascomycota and Basidiomycota.

Die Bedeutung der Dattelpalme in Mesopotamien und weltweit ist aufgrund ihres wirtschaftlichen und ern hrungsphysiologischen Wertes f r den Menschen sehr wichtig und findet in vielen Lebensbereichen Verwendung. Eines der Probleme bei der landwirtschaftlichen Expansion des Dattelpalmenanbaus und der Dattelpalmenproduktion sind die sehr gro en genetischen und umweltbedingten Unterschiede, die eine Unterscheidung zwischen verschiedenen Sorten in der Anfangsphase erschweren. Daher haben die Forscher zahlreiche genetische Indikatoren verwendet, um dieses Ziel zu erreichen. Um die wichtigen Arten zu erhalten, wird der Zweck der Unterscheidung zwischen den Arten und dem gesch tzten Fingerabdruck verfolgt. Sowie die hnlichkeit zwischen Sorten geh ren zu der gleichen Sorte, auch Ergebnisse zeigen die genetische Beziehung zwischen den Arten der verschiedenen Dattelpalme mit verschiedenen DNA-Marker. Der phylogenetische Baum wurde auch f r alle diese Arten erstellt, um das Keimplasma unter ihnen zu ermitteln.

L'un des probl mes auxquels est confront e l'expansion agricole dans la culture et la production du palmier-dattier est la tr s grande diversit g n tique et environnementale, qui rend difficile la distinction entre les diff rentes vari t s dans les premiers stades. C'est pourquoi de nombreux indicateurs g n tiques ont t utilis s par les chercheurs pour atteindre cet objectif. Afin de pr server les esp ces importantes, l'objectif de la discrimination entre les esp ces et l'estimation de l'empreinte digitale. En plus de r v ler la similarit entre les cultivars appartenant la m me vari t , les r sultats montrent galement la relation g n tique entre les esp ces de diff rents palmiers dattiers en utilisant diff rents marqueurs d'ADN. L'arbre phylog n tique a galement t tabli pour toutes ces esp ces afin de trouver le germoplasme entre elles.

Para al m de revelar a semelhan a entre cultivares pertencentes mesma variedade, os resultados tamb m mostram a rela o gen tica entre esp cies de diferentes tamareiras utilizando diferentes marcadores de ADN. Per questo motivo, i ricercatori hanno utilizzato molti indicatori genetici per raggiungere questo obiettivo. Al fine di preservare le specie importanti, lo scopo della discriminazione tra le specie e la stima della stampa digitale. Oltre a rivelare la somiglianza tra cultivar appartenenti alla stessa variet , i risultati mostrano anche la relazione genetica tra specie diverse di palma da dattero utilizzando diversi marcatori del DNA.
