Para obter os dados da pesquisa elaboramos uma entrevista n o estruturada entre s ndicos e zeladores, possuidores de conhecimentos s lidos de toda a rotina administrativa dos edif cios aqui apresentados. Dessa forma, conseguimos apresentar dados relevantes para a conclus o deste trabalho, que teve como objetivo analisar as formas de organiza o do acervo documental formado por essas quatro edifica es.

Niniejsza praca przedstawia badania w zbiorach dokumentacyjnych wsp lnot mieszkaniowych w odniesieniu do organizacji, odzyskiwania i konserwacji informacji wytworzonych i otrzymanych przez tę instytucję prawną. Badanie to identyfikuje istniejące rodzaje dokument w i uświadamia zarządcom, dozorcom i wsp lwlaścicielom ich prawa i obowiązki, dzięki czemu wszyscy mogą dbac o zgromadzony majątek. Aby uzyskac dane do badania, przeprowadziliśmy nieustrukturyzowane wywiady z zarządcami i dozorcami, kt rzy posiadają solidną wiedzę na temat calej rutynowej dzialalności administracyjnej budynk w przedstawionych w niniejszym opracowaniu. W ten spos b udalo nam się przedstawic dane istotne dla zakończenia tej pracy, kt rej celem byla analiza form organizacji zbior w dokumentacyjnych utworzonych przez te cztery budynki.
Diese Arbeit pr sentiert eine Studie zu Dokumentenbest nden von Wohnungseigent mergemeinschaften hinsichtlich der Organisation, Wiederherstellung und Aufbewahrung von Informationen, die von dieser juristischen Institution erstellt und empfangen werden. Diese Studie identifiziert die vorhandenen Dokumenttypen und sensibilisiert die Verwalter, Hausmeister und Miteigent mer f r ihre Rechte und Pflichten, damit alle das gebildete Verm gen sch tzen k nnen. Um die Forschungsdaten zu erhalten, haben wir ein unstrukturiertes Interview mit Verwaltern und Hausmeistern durchgef hrt, die ber fundierte Kenntnisse der gesamten Verwaltungsroutine der hier vorgestellten Geb ude verf gen. Auf diese Weise konnten wir relevante Daten f r den Abschluss dieser Arbeit pr sentieren, deren Ziel es war, die Organisationsformen des Dokumentenbestands dieser vier Geb ude zu analysieren.

Cette tude identifie les types de documents existants et sensibilise les syndics, les concierges et les copropri taires leurs droits et devoirs, afin que tous puissent veiller sur le patrimoine constitu . Pour obtenir les donn es de la recherche, nous avons labor un entretien non structur entre les syndics et les concierges, qui poss dent une solide connaissance de toute la routine administrative des b timents pr sent s ici. Nous avons ainsi pu pr senter des donn es pertinentes pour la conclusion de ce travail, dont l'objectif tait d'analyser les formes d'organisation du fonds documentaire constitu par ces quatre b timents.

Questo lavoro presenta uno studio sulle raccolte documentali dei condomini in relazione all'organizzazione, al recupero e alla conservazione delle informazioni prodotte e ricevute da tale istituzione giuridica. Questo studio identifica i tipi di documenti esistenti e sensibilizza gli amministratori, i custodi e i condomini sui loro diritti e doveri, in modo che tutti possano prendersi cura del patrimonio costituito. Per ottenere i dati della ricerca abbiamo elaborato un'intervista non strutturata tra amministratori e custodi, che possiedono una solida conoscenza di tutta la routine amministrativa degli edifici qui presentati. In questo modo, siamo riusciti a presentare dati rilevanti per la conclusione di questo lavoro, che aveva come obiettivo quello di analizzare le forme di organizzazione dell'archivio documentale costituito da questi quattro edifici.

This work presents a study of condominium documentary collections with regard to the organization, retrieval, and conservation of information produced and received by this legal institution. This study identifies the existing types of documents and makes building managers, caretakers, and condominium owners aware of their rights and duties, so that everyone can look after the assets that have been built up. To obtain the research data, we conducted an unstructured interview with building managers and caretakers, who have solid knowledge of the entire administrative routine of the buildings presented here. In this way, we were able to present relevant data for the conclusion of this work, which aimed to analyze the forms of organization of the documentary collection formed by these four buildings.
