I woke up on my birthday in 2005 with the realization that my life was going to change for the better. I did not hear an audible voice or receive a cryptic message; rather, my entire being--mind, soul, spirit, body--was filled with this revelation. Despite my subsequent faith failure, God brought an incredible man into my life in the fall of 2006, and I experienced love far beyond my hopes and dreams.
