Rossi Farm Covington, Louisiana 2005 As Hurricane Katrina departed, fourteen-year old Isabella, peered out the opened kitchen door of her home. Through the remnants of the hurricane Bella, as she is often called, noticed a wet, lone Jack Russell terrier crouched in the grass. Cuddling the little dog, her prize from heaven, Bella ran back into the house. . Skip would be the name of Bella's cherished terrier. Thus, began a twelve-year relationship between a girl and her dog. Skip Handsome, strong, mild mannered a good dog by any standard. Liked and admired by all. As the years passed, Skip began to show interest in two little girls who lived in a newly-built house located on a dirt road at the rear of the Rossi Farm. Anxious, Bella feared Skip would leave her, choosing a replacement family as he had ten years earlier. 2015 Thus, Bella began her search for a newborn Jack Russell terrier. Finding one, she named him Axel. Axel, a free spirit. His self-appointed duty, the protector. Guardian of the Rossi Farm.
