Der Band 6 wird eingeleitet mit der Diagnostik des Zwerchfells und deren Funktions- storungen. 1m Interesse einer zusammenhangenden Darstellung war es erforderlich, die Zwerchfellhernien und die Zwerchfellprolapse, die schon in den Banden des Digestion- traktes besprochen sind, hier noch einmal abzuhandeln. GroBen Raum nehmen die Diagnostik und die Differentialdiagnostik des Mediastinums ein, was verstandlich ist, wenn man bedenkt, wie zahlreich und im Aufbau unterschiedlich die Organe bzw.
