Dans l'islam, le Cadi (juge) repr sentait une autorit supr me laquelle incombe la fonction de statuer, conform ment aux pr ceptes de la chari'a (droit islamique), dans les litiges qui opposent les membres de la communaut . Durant le Protectorat, la fonction de Cadi a t fragilis e par l'instauration d'une justice civile moderne, manant de la tradition occidentale. Apr s l'ind pendance, le royaume du Maroc s'est engag dans un processus d'institutionnalisation du pouvoir judiciaire dans le cadre du jeune tat-nation. Malgr cela, l'institution judiciaire demeure travers e par la probl matique de l'ind pendance de la justice et la s paration des pouvoirs. Face cette situation, les acteurs institutionnels de la r forme de la justice tentent, laborieusement, de mettre en oeuvre une dynamique de modernisation. Vu sous cet angle, le pr sent livre analyse les volutions de l'institution judiciaire au Maroc, ainsi que les potentialit s et les limites d'une r forme du secteur de la justice la fois sur le plan institutionnel, juridique, proc dural et technico-administratif.

The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR; hereafter) implies that companies take responsibility for their social and environmental impacts, taking into account their concern for their image, without neglecting their economic objectives. Our article looks at the factors behind the CSR success of companies in the Road Transport (TR; hereafter) sector in the Marrakech-Safi region. This study mobilizes a quantitative survey, conducted in July 2024 among a stratified sample of 100 companies operating in TR.Several results emerge from our survey. Firstly, the adoption of CSR practices by companies can foster their links with Stakeholders (PP; below). Secondly, indicators for the social component of CSR represent CSR success factors, through their reinforcement of PP retention capacity, unlike indicators for the economic and environmental components of CSR.
