Cet article pr sente les r sultats de la pr paration, de la caract risation et de l'application de membranes base d'ADN et d'ADN-PEDOT: PSS comme mat riau de transport des trous (HTM) dans les cellules solaires colorant (DSSC). Les analyses UV-Vis des chantillons ont r v l une transparence de 80 % 600 nm pour l'ADN isol et une diminution de 62 % 550 nm pour l'ADN-2 % PEDOT: PSS. Les analyses FTIR des chantillons ont r v l les pics caract ristiques de l'ADN et du PEDOT: PSS, confirmant l'incorporation de ce dernier dans les membranes. Les r sultats des analyses thermiques DSC ont montr la pr sence d'un Tg -67oC et sa disparition avec l'ajout de PEDOT: PSS la formulation HTM. Les analyses TGA ont montr que la stabilit des chantillons augmentait avec l'ajout de PEDOT: PSS, atteignant 200 oC. Tous les chantillons pr sentaient un r sidu de 19 % 900 oC.
