Las estrategias de aprendizaje en educaci n a distancia permiten al alumno ser responsable de su propio aprendizaje y desarrollar competencias metacognitivas para autorreflexionar, controlar y autorregular su proceso de aprendizaje, identificando y evaluando su progreso hacia el mismo. La investigaci n tiene como objetivo determinar las estrategias de aprendizaje para el logro de las competencias en la educaci n a distancia, se trabaj con los alumnos que ya hab an cursado su primer trimestre y estaban cursaban su segundo trimestre en la Universidad Abierta Para Adultos(UAPA). La investigaci n fue de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo y de campo. Los resultados permitieron determinar que los alumnos utilizan las diferentes estrategias, tales como de ensayo, de elaboraci n, de organizaci n, metacognitivas, de autorregulaci n, de evaluaci n y de reacciones de apoyo o efectivas, lo cual han contribuido a que las competencias especificadas en los programas de estudios de las asignaturas que han cursado, seg n su valoraci n, la han logrado desarrollar totalmente en un 67%, en un 32% medianamente y solo 1% no lograron desarrollar algunas de las competencias.

Lernstrategien im Fernunterricht erm glichen es den Studierenden, f r ihr eigenes Lernen verantwortlich zu sein und metakognitive F higkeiten zu entwickeln, um ihren Lernprozess selbst zu reflektieren, zu kontrollieren und selbst zu regulieren, indem sie ihren Lernfortschritt erkennen und evaluieren. Die Forschung zielt darauf ab, die Lernstrategien f r das Erreichen von Kompetenzen im Fernunterricht zu bestimmen, wobei mit Studenten gearbeitet wird, die bereits ihr erstes Trimester abgeschlossen hatten und sich im zweiten Trimester an der Open University for Adults (UAPA) befanden. Die Forschung war quantitativ, deskriptiv und Feldforschung. Die Ergebnisse erm glichten es festzustellen, dass die Studenten verschiedene Strategien, wie z.B. Ein ben, Ausarbeitung, Organisation, metakognitive Strategien, Selbstregulierung, Bewertung und Unterst tzung oder effektive Reaktionen verwenden, die zu den in den Lehrpl nen der von ihnen studierten F cher angegebenen Kompetenzen beigetragen haben. Nach ihrer Einsch tzung haben es 67% geschafft, sie vollst ndig zu entwickeln, 32% m ig und nur 1% hat es nicht geschafft, einige der Kompetenzen zu entwickeln.

Learning strategies in distance education allow students to be responsible for their own learning and develop metacognitive skills to self-reflect, control and self-regulate their learning process, identifying and evaluating their progress towards it. The research aims to determine the learning strategies for the achievement of competencies in distance education, working with students who had already completed their first trimester and were in their second trimester at the Open University for Adults (UAPA). The research was quantitative, descriptive and field research. The results made it possible to determine that the students use different strategies, such as rehearsal, elaboration, organization, metacognitive, self-regulation, evaluation and support or effective reactions, which have contributed to the competencies specified in the syllabuses of the subjects they have studied, according to their assessment, 67% have managed to develop them completely, 32% moderately and only 1% did not manage to develop some of the competencies.
