This is a special book with a special agenda that I reveal in just a moment. But before I do that, let me give you the lay of the land. First of all, this book is all about business. At its core, this book teaches business thinking for business people in all industries. Secondly, the material in this book is generally geared towards advanced (meaning more financially successful) professionals because those are the people with existing momentum who can use this material to propel themselves to the next level-but again, all professionals at any level can highly benefit from the tips and tricks in this book. All are welcome here This book is made up of 101+ "tricks of the trade", grouped into sections based on the concepts and principles I have used throughout my career for building businesses. Each of these insights is a piece of business wisdom - some of which I use every day. Some insights help me regularly, while some are strategies that I put to use only when I start a new, substantial endeavor, which does not happen too often. Each insight could be a white paper or even a stand-alone book, but the purpose of this collection is simply to create an awareness of the many principles, best practices, methods, mindsets, and tricks of the trade available to you as you build your own "money-making machine". My goal is not to take a deep dive into the details of each element because either alone or through collaboration with others, you will figure it out. That is what resourceful people do. Warning: Do not try to implement all of these insights at once. Pick a few and work on them first. Then, over time, add a few more. This is not designed to be quick and easy. You are going to have to work on it to gain mastery. But the effort will be worthwhile.

The issue of Non-Suicidal Self-Injury is one that is alarming and not easily understood. The awareness of NSSI in teens and young adults has given rise to a number of issues that should be addressed by the church. This project looks at the difference in the understanding of "self," between those who engage in Non-Suicidal Self-Injury behaviors and those who do not. This study interviewed nine youth spanning in age from 13-21, and includes both males and females engaged in NSSI behaviors and males and females not engaged in NSSI behaviors. The central theological topic concerns the image of God. This study aims at identifying the image of God and how it may be under-stood differently in those who struggle with NSSI behaviors.

Based on the written testimonies and personal archives of two veterans of the 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment attached to the famous US 82nd Airborne Division, this book tells the story of two young Americans who unwittingly became actors in one of the greatest crusades against tyranny the world has ever known. In order to better understand the motivations of those young men, the author describes their family upbringing, taking us through the youth and adolescence of these heroes in an America directly hit by the crisis of the 1930s. He then vividly describes -almost on a day-to-day basis - the rigorous training undertaken by a trainee parachutist in different camps throughout the USA, before finally pinning the much-sought-after Wings on his chest. Finally the big day arrived - D-Day. We follow the emotions, fear, but also the feat of arms of our heroes. Together, we jump from a C-47 rocked by the explosions of shells and machine-gun fire, and find ourselves in the hostile Normandy woodland crawling with the enemy, and at times far from the planned Drop Zone. With the help of original plans and unpublished photos, the author discovers unknown details and specifies precisely the movements between June 6th and 10th 1944 of small elements of the 82nd Airborne Division, principally between the two bridges over the flooded valley of the Merderet at La Fière and Chef-du-Pont. The epilogue tells how these fierce warriors, still alive after three years of war and innumerable battles, returned to their homeland, readapted - at times with difficulty- to civilian life, married and in time had children. This is a worthy addition to the available literature concerning the 82nd Airborne Division and its key role in the Normandy invasion of 1944.
