Die Studie verfolgte einen qualitativen Ansatz mit dem Ziel, das Ph nomen der Informationsnormierung in einem bestimmten Kontext zu verstehen. Sie nutzte die Beschreibung und die L cke der Informationsrealit t der Personen, die am Korpus dieser Forschung teilnahmen, unter Verwendung eines Fragebogens, der auf f nfundsechzig (65) Lehrer angewandt wurde, wodurch es m glich war, die h ufigsten Verhaltensweisen angesichts der Informations berlastung, der sie ausgesetzt sind, zu verstehen. Die Reihenfolge der Kapitel soll einen Weg aufzeigen, der mit technologischen berlegungen beginnt, ber einige spezifische Probleme der Informationsnormose f hrt und mit der Vorstellung einiger M glichkeiten zur nderung der Gewohnheiten im Hinblick auf die Nutzung der neuen Technologien endet. Jedes Kapitel ist jedoch ein eigenes Universum, das oft alle drei der oben genannten Komponenten enth lt, so dass es einzeln und separat gelesen werden kann. Ha utilizzato la descrizione e lo scarto della realt informativa delle persone che partecipano al corpus di questa ricerca, utilizzando un questionario applicato a sessantacinque (65) insegnanti, attraverso il quale stato possibile comprendere i comportamenti pi comuni di fronte al sovraccarico informativo a cui sono sottoposti. L'ordine dei capitoli cerca di stabilire un percorso che parte dalle considerazioni tecnologiche, passa attraverso alcuni problemi specifici di normalit informativa e si conclude presentando alcune possibilit di cambiamento delle abitudini rispetto all'uso delle nuove tecnologie. Tuttavia, ogni capitolo un universo a s stante, che spesso contiene tutte e tre le componenti sopra citate, per cui pu essere letto singolarmente e separatamente. La normosi informativa riscontrata in questi insegnanti ha effetti significativi sulla loro concentrazione, produttivit e memorizzazione.

The study took a qualitative approach, with the aim of understanding the phenomenon called Informational Normosis within a context. It used the description and gap of the informational reality of the people participating in the corpus of this research, using a questionnaire applied to sixty-five (65) teachers, through which it was possible to understand the most common behaviors in the face of the information overload to which they are subjected. The order of the chapters seeks to establish a path that starts with technological considerations, goes through some specific problems of Informational Normosis and concludes by presenting some possibilities for changing habits with regard to the use of new technologies. However, each chapter is its own universe, which often contains all three of the above components, so it can be read individually and separately. The Information Normosis found in these teachers has significant effects on their concentration, productivity and memorization.
