Notre recherche s'est tendue dans trois directions: - Recherche d'anomalies de la bande 1q21 du chromosome 1. - Etude de remaniements du bras court du chromosome 12 dans la leuc mie prolymphocytaire T. - Analyse mol culaire de la t(1;12)(q21;p13). Nous avons montr une fusion des g nes TEL(/ETV6) et ARNT. La prot ine Arnt est un facteur de transcription de la famille bHLH-PAS qui est impliqu dans la r ponse l'hypoxie (avec Hif1a) et la r ponse aux hydrocarbures aromatiques (avec Ahr). Nos r sultats montrent qu'une prot ine de fusion Tel-Arnt est exprim e dans la leuc mie tudi e. Exp rimentalement, la prot ine Tel-Arnt est capable d'interagir avec Hif1a et Ahr, les dim res Tel- Arnt/partenaires reconnaissent toujours les s quences normales mais ne sont plus capables d'activer la transcription. La fusion avec TEL inactive donc ARNT mais son r le exact dans la leuc mogen se reste tablir.

Im Zuge der Verwaltungsmodernisierung bzw. -reform, die weltweit von dem Referenzmodell "New Public Management" gepragt ist, und der zunehmenden Bedeutung der Human Ressource in der oeffentlichen Verwaltung erhalt das Thema Personalentwicklung im oeffentlichen Dienst einen besonderen Stellenwert. Dabei steht die Steigerung der Qualifikation der Beschaftigten im Vordergrund. Das Buch beschaftigt sich mit der Personalentwicklung im oeffentlichen Dienst in Deutschland und in Vietnam. Im Mittelpunkt steht der Vergleich zwischen den deutschen und vietnamesischen Aus- und Fortbildungssystemen fur Beschaftigte des oeffentlichen Dienstes. Unter Einbezug der deutschen Erfahrungen im Bereich der Aus- und Fortbildung der Beschaftigten des oeffentlichen Dienstes zeigt der Autor auf, wie der oeffentliche Dienst in Vietnam durch das Instrument der Aus- und Fortbildung verbessert werden kann.

The hundred examples proposed in this booklet is easy; indeed, the single putting rule is sufficient to finish them. Examples 1 to 52, very easy, is written for beginners who must complete unities with only 1, 2 or 3 free cells. Examples 53 to 80 are easy, but solvers must complete some unities with four free cells. Examples 81 to 100 are more difficult. Solvers must first reduce the number of free cells by trying to put each symbol in boxes, before completing unities. Sometimes, all free cells vanish, so no completion is necessary (examples 81 to 88). In many examples, they must partly complete some unities. After finishing this booklet, readers become confirmed gamers and can solve puzzles in my two previous books: - New Sudoku puzzles with explained solutions. - How to finish quickly Sudoku puzzles.

This book has three chapters. Chapter A uses single technique and is written for middle gamers; theory is very short (one page) but examples are considerable (100). Chapter B uses multiple technique (multiple putting rule and M-rule); theory is very short (one page) but many examples (100) are given. Chapter C uses covering technique (A-rule, half covering rule and full covering rule) and is written for expert: one page of theory and 45 examples). These three techniques finish at least 95% of puzzles in the world.

The 270 puzzles in Volume 2 by Edigo Editions, levels 3 to 6, are excellent games for middle solvers to great experts. But puzzles are designed and solved by computers. Ranking of puzzles is not perfect for humain solvers. This booklet has six chapters. Chapter 1 finishes puzzles with single putting rule. Chapter 2 finishes puzzles with single posting rule.Alignment-rule is necessary in chapter 3. Multiple putting rule and M-rule are necessary in chapter 4. Attached symbols chains are neccessary in chapter 5. Mixed chain is necessary in chapter 6. In no chapter, the complete board of candidates is used. As the booklet is written for solvers who had the Sudoku Edigo book, no word or no puzzle of this book is reproduced here.

Reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) has emerged as a cutting-edge technology for beyond 5G and 6G networks due to its low-cost hardware production, nearly passive nature, easy deployment, communication without new waves, and energy-saving benefits. Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-assisted wireless networks significantly enhance network coverage. Resource allocation and real-time decision-making optimisation play a pivotal role in approaching the optimal performance in UAV- and RIS-aided wireless communications. But the existing contributions typically assume having a static environment and often ignore the stringent flight time constraints in real-life applications. It is crucial to improve the decision-making time for meeting the stringent requirements of UAV-assisted wireless networks. Deep reinforcement learning (DRL), which is a combination of reinforcement learning and neural networks, is used to maximise network performance, reduce power consumption, and improve the processing time for real-time applications. DRL algorithms can help UAVs and RIS work fully autonomously, reduce energy consumption and operate optimally in an unexpected environment. This co-authored book explores the many challenges arising from real-time and autonomous decision-making for 6G. The goal is to provide readers with comprehensive insights into the models and techniques of deep reinforcement learning and its applications in 6G networks and internet-of-things with the support of UAVs and RIS. And, he has been, as nature, with the earth, as the earth with the universe. Second: meat, bone poetry called Ha Nguyen Du, in recent years, has been a different meat, bone. In this new realm of flesh, in some way, has brought Ha Nguyen Du's poem the necessary amount of creative blood, for the process of self-destruction to attain another path. I would like to call it the miraculous incarnation of a son, to become a butterfly. I want to call it the priceless reward of a nice, immovable accommodation. Although, he was bright, the colors, the image opened for the first time, sometimes did / dazzled / stunned where their feelings Ha. But, the high arch will be where the butterfly's wings fly. The horizon, will be where they go to Ha. I am very happy, because not all of our poems today, in the homeland, have the horizon, the vastness and the high arches.
