Das Haglund-Syndrom, das in der Literatur als "High Heel" und "Winter Heel" bezeichnet wird und erstmals 1928 von dem orthop dischen Chirurgen Patrick Haglund beschrieben wurde, bezeichnet mechanisch bedingte R ckfu schmerzen im Zusammenhang mit einem Fu -Schuh-Konflikt, der mit einer morphologischen Anomalie der Tuberositas posterior superior des Calcaneus verbunden ist, mit entz ndlicher pr - und retroachill rer Bursitis und achill rer Tendinopathie. Die Diagnose wird im Wesentlichen klinisch und radiologisch gestellt. Sein Management ist unterteilt in die medizinische Behandlung und die chirurgische Behandlung, die die grundlegende S ule der Behandlung bleibt. Das Ziel dieser Studie ist es, die klinischen und radiologischen Merkmale des Haglund-Syndroms zu untersuchen und die funktionellen und radiologischen Ergebnisse seiner Behandlung zu dʼevaluieren.

Haglund's syndrome, known in the literature as "High Heel" and "Winter Heel", was first described by orthopedic surgeon Patrick Haglund in 1928. It refers to pain in the hindfoot of mechanical origin, associated with foot-shoe impingement linked to a morphological anomaly of the posterior-superior tuberosity of the calcaneus, with inflammatory pre- and retro-achillary bursitis and achilles tendinopathy. Diagnosis is essentially clinical and radiological. Its management is divided between medical treatment and surgical treatment, which remains the fundamental pillar of treatment. The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical and radiological features of Haglund syndrome and dʼevaluate the functional and radiological results of its treatment.

Ziel der Arbeit war es, die epidemiologischen, klinischen und radiologischen Besonderheiten zu untersuchen und die Behandlung und die prognostischen Faktoren von Erm dungsfrakturen der unteren Extremit t bei Sportlern zu pr zisieren. Fatigue fractures are injuries frequently observed in sportsmen and women, and preferentially affect the lower limbs following intense and unusual effort. In the military and sports environment, these fractures were distinguished by different circumstances and risk factors. The aim of the study was to investigate the epidemiological, clinical and radiological features and to specify the treatment and prognostic factors of fatigue fractures of the lower limb in sportsmen. Our study was retrospective and descriptive over a period of 15 years from January 2002 to December 2016, covering 38 cases of fatigue fractures of the lower limbs in sportsmen treated in the orthopaedic surgery department of the H pital Militaire Principal d'Instruction de Tunis.

The Book of Khalid is a novel that was written in 1911 by the Arab author Ameen Fares Rihan. He wrote in English and described the perilous journey of immigrants to America. This was the first book to paint a picture of immigration, and also the first to break the barrier between East and West. In telling the story it points out the conflicts between Eastern and Western values and culture and attempts to reconcile them. This edition comes with the original illustrations by his friend and colleague Khalil Gibran, and some think that this book influenced "The Prophet".
