Obstruktive Uropathie ist eine strukturelle Behinderung des Harnflusses und kann auf jeder Ebene vom Harnr hrenausgang bis zum Nierenkelch auftreten. In dieser Studie wurde die ultraschallgesteuerte perkutane Nephrostomie (PCN) mit der Doppel-J-Stentimplantation (JJ) bei der Behandlung von obstruktiver Uropathie, Nephropathie und Hydronephrose verglichen. Ziel war es, die Erfolgsraten von JJ-Stents im Vergleich zu PCN zu vergleichen, die Konversionsraten von JJ im Vergleich zu PCN zu bewerten, die aktuellen Komplikationen von JJ im Vergleich zu PCN zu vergleichen, die Sp tkomplikationen und das Versagen von JJ im Vergleich zu PCN zu vergleichen und die Lebensqualit t (QOL) von Patienten, die sich einer JJ-Behandlung unterzogen haben, im Vergleich zu PCN zu vergleichen. Eine prospektive analytische (vergleichende) Studie wurde im Ibn-Sina-Spezialkrankenhaus im Sudan durchgef hrt. Von Dezember 2014 bis September 2015 wurden 83 Patienten in die Studie aufgenommen. PCN ist ein sicheres Verfahren und hat eine h here Erfolgsrate als JJ-Stents zur Linderung von Sepsis und zur Dekompression der Niere, weist jedoch langfristig h here Komplikationsraten auf. Dar ber hinaus erwies es sich bei Patienten mit malignen Harnleiterobstruktionen als wirksam. JJ-Stents erfordern eine bessere Vorbereitung und mehr Hilfspersonal als PCN.

Uropatia obturacyjna to strukturalna przeszkoda w przeplywie moczu, kt ra może wystąpic na dowolnym poziomie od ujścia cewki moczowej do dna kielicha nerkowego. W niniejszym badaniu por wnano przezsk rną nefrostomię pod kontrolą USG (PCN) z implantacją stentu moczowodu typu podw jnego J (JJ) w leczeniu uropatii obturacyjnej, nefropatii i wodonercza. Celem badania bylo por wnanie skuteczności stentu JJ i PCN, ocena wskaźnik w konwersji JJ i PCN, por wnanie najnowszych powiklań JJ i PCN, por wnanie p źnych powiklań i niepowodzeń JJ i PCN oraz por wnanie jakości życia (QOL) pacjent w poddanych zabiegowi JJ i PCN. Prospektywne badanie analityczne (por wnawcze) przeprowadzono w szpitalu specjalistycznym Ibn-Sina w Sudanie. W okresie od grudnia 2014 r. do września 2015 r. do badania wlączono 83 pacjent w. PCN jest zabiegiem bezpiecznym i ma wyższy wskaźnik skuteczności niż stent JJ w lagodzeniu sepsy i zmniejszaniu ucisku na nerkę, ale w dluższej perspektywie czasowej wiąże się z wyższym odsetkiem powiklań. Ponadto okazal się skuteczny u pacjent w z zlośliwą niedrożnością moczowodu. Stent JJ wymaga lepszego przygotowania i większej liczby personelu pomocniczego niż stent JJ.

A uropatia obstrutiva a imped ncia estrutural ao fluxo da urina e pode ocorrer em qualquer n vel, desde o meato uretral at a infund bulo caliciforme. Este estudo comparou a nefrostomia percut nea guiada por ultrassom (PCN) com o stent ureteral duplo J (JJ) no tratamento da uropatia obstrutiva, nefropatia e hidronefrose. Os objetivos foram comparar as taxas de sucesso do stent JJ versus PCN, avaliar as taxas de convers o do JJ versus PCN, comparar as complica es recentes do JJ versus PCN, comparar as complica es tardias e a falha do JJ versus PCN, comparar a qualidade de vida (QV) dos pacientes submetidos ao JJ versus PCN. Um estudo anal tico prospectivo (comparativo) realizado no hospital especializado Ibn-Sina, no Sud o. De dezembro de 2014 a setembro de 2015, foram inclu dos 83 pacientes. A PCN um procedimento seguro e tem maior taxa de sucesso do que o stent JJ para aliviar a s psis e descomprimir o rim, mas tem taxas de complica es mais elevadas a longo prazo. Al m disso, foi considerada eficaz em pacientes com obstru o ureteral maligna. O stent JJ requer uma melhor configura o e mais pessoal de assist ncia do que a PCN.
