Die Einheit verf gt ber eine Windturbine (1 kW-220 Vac), einen Lastregler, ein Wasserpumpsystem vom Brunnen zu einem erh hten Reservoir. Die elektrische Energie f r den Antrieb des Pumpsystems kommt sowohl von der Windturbine als auch ber das konventionelle Stromnetz. Es wird auch ber eine konfigurierbare Verrohrung diskutiert, bei der es m glich ist, die Pumpe verschiedenen hydraulischen Belastungen f r Betriebsversuche auszusetzen. Die entwickelte Anlage war in der Lage, durchschnittlich 4.318 L/Tag Wasser mit einem Maximalwert von 10.698 L/Tag bei einer durchschnittlichen Windgeschwindigkeit von 3,84 m/s zu pumpen. Die durchschnittlich erzielten Ertr ge betrugen 10% (Wind / Hydraulik) und 41% (Elektrik / Hydraulik) bei einer Geschwindigkeit von 6,5 m/s. The content of this book discusses the activities developed in the plant of a pumping unit supplied by electricity from wind energy, to enable the extraction of water from wells. The unit has a wind turbine (1 kW-220 Vac), a load controller, a water pumping system from the well to a raised reservoir. The electric power to drive the pumping system comes both from the wind turbine and through the conventional electric network. It is also discussed about a configurable piping where it is possible to submit the pump to various hydraulic loads for operational tests. The developed plant was able to pump, on average, 4,318 L/day of water with a maximum value of 10,698 L/day at an average wind speed of 3.84 m/s. The average yields achieved were 10% (Wind / Hydraulic) and 41% (Electric / Hydraulic) for a speed of 6.5 m/s. Actions are suggested in order to make feasible the small electric systems for pumping water from wells.

Nos ltimos anos, as ind strias farmac uticas tem despertado um grande interesse por leos essenciais como agentes antimicrobianos, isso se deve grande incid ncia de infec es e a crescente resist ncia de bact rias e fungos aos antimicrobianos cl ssicos. Considerando que os leos essenciais possuem caracter sticas lipof licas, sendo insol veis em gua e prontamente rancificados e oxidados, quando expostos luz. O objetivo deste trabalho foi obter e caracterizar sistemas emulsionados contendo os leos essenciais de Eucalyptus globulus, Schinus terebinthifolius e Plectranthus amboinicus, avaliar a atividade antif ngica e antibacteriana in vitro e ex vivo, como tamb m, avaliar a toxicidade aguda. As emuls es possibilitam veicular numa mesma formula o subst ncias hidrof licas e lipof licas permitindo obter um sistema est vel e proporcionando uma melhor absor o dos leos essenciais. Foram avaliadas o estudo de estabilidade, a atividade antif ngica e antibacteriana, como tamb m, o estudo toxicol gico agudo. Dessa forma, os resultados sinalizaram perspectivas promissoras para o desenvolvimento de novos agentes fitoter picos para tratamento das micoses.
