Diese Studie wurde im Regionalen Reisforschungs- und Entwicklungszentrum in Bombuwela, Sri Lanka, durchgef hrt, um zwei Allele zur Resistenz gegen bakterielle Blattf ule durch R ckkreuzung auf die fortgeschrittene Zuchtlinie Ld 99-12-38 zu bertragen. Die bertragenen Allele wurden in BC3F2 mit molekularen Markern best tigt. F nfunddrei ig BC3F2-Nachkommenlinien wurden auf die Vielfalt der BLB-Resistenzallele von Xa21 und Xa4 untersucht. Die Marker zeigten einen L ngenpolymorphismus zwischen den resistenten und anf lligen Linien. Von den 35 getesteten Nachkommenschaftslinien wurden acht ph notypisch als resistent best tigt; die Linien trugen die Resistenzallele f r die interessierenden Gene (sowohl f r Xa21 als auch f r Xa4). Dar ber hinaus trugen einundzwanzig Linien nur das resistente Allel bei Xa4, wurden jedoch ph notypisch als resistent/m ig resistent eingestuft. Ein gepaarter t-Test ergab, dass ein signifikanter Unterschied in der Resistenz der Nachkommenschaft besteht, die zwei Allele tragen, als bei einem Allel (p = 0,0064). Daraus kann geschlossen werden, dass die Resistenzallele von Xa21 und Xa4 erfolgreich auf Reislinien bertragen wurden, die aus einer Kreuzung zwischen Ld 99-12-38/IRBB 60 mit hnlichen morphologischen Merkmalen von Ld 99-12-38 stammen.

Questo studio stato condotto presso il Regional Rice Research and Development Center di Bombuwela, in Sri Lanka, per trasferire due alleli di resistenza alla peronospora fogliare batterica alla linea di riproduzione avanzata Ld 99-12-38 attraverso un incrocio all'indietro. Gli alleli trasferiti sono stati confermati in BC3F2 utilizzando marcatori molecolari. Trentacinque linee progenie di BC3F2 sono state valutate per la diversit degli alleli di resistenza alla BLB di Xa21 e Xa4. I marcatori hanno mostrato un polimorfismo di lunghezza tra le linee resistenti e quelle suscettibili. Este estudo foi efectuado no Centro Regional de Investiga o e Desenvolvimento do Arroz, Bombuwela, Sri Lanka, para transferir dois alelos de resist ncia ao m ldio bacteriano das folhas para a linha avan ada de melhoramento Ld 99-12-38 atrav s de cruzamentos de retorno. Os alelos transferidos foram confirmados na BC3F2 atrav s de marcadores moleculares. Trinta e cinco linhas de descend ncia BC3F2 foram avaliadas quanto diversidade de alelos de Xa21 e Xa4 de resist ncia ao BLB. Os marcadores revelaram um polimorfismo de comprimento entre as linhas resistentes e suscept veis. Das 35 linhas de descend ncia testadas, oito foram confirmadas fenotipicamente como resistentes, as linhas transportaram os alelos de resist ncia para os genes de interesse (tanto para Xa21 como para Xa4). Al m disso, vinte e uma linhas transportavam apenas o alelo resistente em Xa4, no entanto, foram fenotipicamente classificadas como resistentes/moderadamente resistentes.
