Erdnusskerne sind aufgrund ihres hohen Gehalts an l, Eiwei und Kohlenhydraten ein erschwingliches, energiereiches Nahrungsmittel. N hrstoff- und Antin hrstoffverbindungen werden weitgehend in reifen Kernen untersucht, aber es mangelt an Informationen ber die Auswirkungen von Reifestadien und Wasserdefizitstress auf N hrstoff- und Antin hrstoffverbindungen von Erdnusskernen. Daher wurden die Bestimmung dieser Verbindungen und die Expression verschiedener Gene, die an der Biosynthese dieser N hr- und Antin hrstoffe unter Wasserdefizitstress beteiligt sind, analysiert, um die Beziehung zwischen den verschiedenen Verbindungen in unterschiedlichen Reifestadien zu verstehen. In dieser Studie wurden die N hrstoff- und Antin hrstoffverbindungen in den Erdnusskernen der Sorten GJG-22 und TG-37A in verschiedenen Entwicklungsstadien der H lsen unter Wasserdefizitbedingungen untersucht. Die Erdnuss wurde in zwei Gruppen ausges t, wobei eine Gruppe als Kontrolle diente und die andere Gruppe f r die Wasserdefizitbedingungen verwendet wurde. Die Bew sserung wurde f r 15 Tage vor jedem Stadium der Probenahme (d.h. 90, 105 und 120 Tage nach der Aussaat: DAS) ausgesetzt. Die Kerne der Erdnusssorten GJG-22 und TG-37A wurden unter Kontroll- und Wasserdefizitstressbedingungen zu 90, 105 und 120 DAS entnommen.
