Roulette Russe udgiver nu tredje bog i rækken Malene Landgreen 2011-2022 – WORKS / IN SITU / ABOUT. Bogen indledes af et manifest, skrevet af Malene Landgreen. Gennem efterfølgende tekstbidrag af digter Naja Marie Aidt, direktør ved Kunsthal Aarhus Diana Baldon, arkitekt og forfatter Cort Ross Dinesen samt kunsthistoriker Ditte Vilstrup Holm, bringes læseren ind i Malene Landgreens facetterede og undersøgende univers. Et oeuvre der dækker over en bred vifte af udstillinger og udsmykninger. I en årrække har Landgreen skabt en række udsmykninger in situ for både offentlige institutioner og private virksomheder. Om kunstneren Billedkunstner Malene Landgreen er født i Danmark i 1962 og arbejder mellem København og Berlin. Hun er uddannet fra Det Kongelige Danske Kunstakademi i 1984-1991 og Academy of Fine Arts i Budapest, Ungarn i 1987-1988. Landgreen udforsker i sin praksis farvers og rums potentiale for værdisættelse. Hun går efter sit eget udsagn på opdagelse og i dialog med alt, hun møder på sin vej. Dette afspejler sig i særdeleshed også på lærredet, når Landgreen blander, sammensætter og kontraststiller farver. For Landgreen er farverne og formerne lærredets vokabular, der i kombination med hinanden er som bogstaver på papir. Det bliver til et sprog, der kan læses og sanses af beskueren.
