I have been in the restaurant business since 1996, and in 2003, I graduated from the Culinary School Institut de Tourisme et d'H tellerie du Qu bec in Montreal. 2003 proved to be a busy year for me as I also launched my first entrepreneurial business under the name of MariDo - Caterer.
