In the beginning were the Heavenlies, and Their names were Truth, Life, Love, Mercy, Justice, Strength, Wisdom, and Beauty. They were not brought into being, and there is nothing that has been made which They did not create. They neither decrease nor increase. Nothing besides Them existed until They brought it into existence, according to Their own will. When the world as we know it was made, They came into agreement, saying, Let Us make a world that will display Our glory and will return glory to Ourselves, and it was so. Thus, not only was everything created by Them and through Them, but it was created for Them. Furthermore, They made man in Their image, giving him life and purpose. However, man became proud and considered himself to be the decider of his own destiny. Afterwards, he and his wife fought between themselves, and his children were caught in the crossfire. Then his children began to have their own wives and children, and family feuds erupted. Soon, the families became villages, the villages became tribes, the tribes became nations, and the nations became empires. Everyone was hating, neglecting, forsaking, disrespecting, mistreating, and abusing everyone and everything in the search for their own truth. Somewhere in the middle, the Heavenlies divided the people into three separate nations: Terac (later Jorak), Sistanis, and Baior. Each of them has their own priorities and philosophies, and their stories are written by members within their own nation. Some writings are in first person, others in third, but all of it is true, or so they claim. On this epic journey, you will discover that Truth is not a principle or a perspective, but a person. Not only is He a person, but He is the Author of the Universe.
No Filter: A Beginner's Guidebook for Anyone Who Has Ever Hated God, Others, or Themselves
My name is Michael Starling. Even though I am only 29 years old, I have lived and learned through many experiences, often painful. Though I am prone to negativity, it is something I have worked hard over the last 10 years to overcome. In this book, I share stories about my life, the lives of others, and the lessons that I have learned. Often quoting from the Bible to give myself greater credibility and accountability, I hope to help others who are dealing with the same struggles as I have dealt with, and continuing to work through. Whether it be suicidal thoughts, addiction, anger, blame shifting, self-righteousness, self-loathing, or denial, we all have dark and sinful patterns to overcome, and I am guilty of all. As the title suggests, I will give an unfiltered approach that digs deep into the soul, especially my own. For whether it be ourselves, others, or God, we have all hated someone at some point, and some of us are still angry.

She was a lawyer with an unsympathetic client The first day of trial, the defendant bared his nicotine-stained teeth at the jury as it filed into the courtroom. His clothing, combined with his yellow teeth, oily hair, and prominent hooked nose, made him look like Lucifer's indigent second cousin. It soon became clear to everyone, including Robin Starling, his idealistic attorney, that he would have killed Bill Hill if he had felt like it. The only question was, had he felt like it back on that brisk March day?

Based on extensive archival research, Sterling Michael Pavelec recounts the adventures of the handful of aviators and their aircraft during the Gallipoli Campaign. As the contest for the Dardanelles Straits and the Gallipoli Peninsula raged, three Allied seaplane tenders and three land-based squadrons (two UK and one French) flew and fought against two mixed German and Ottoman squadrons (one land-based, one seaplane) against each other, the elements, and the fledgling technology. The contest was marked by experimentation, bravado, and airborne carnage as the men and machines plied the air to gain a strategic advantage in the new medium. The nine-month aerial contest did not determine the outcome; but the bravery of the pilots and new tactics employed predicted the importance of airpower in battles to come. Airpower Over Gallipoli, 1915-1916 focuses on the men and machines in the skies over the Gallipoli Peninsula, their contributions to the campaign, and the ultimate outcomes of the role of airpower in the early stages of World War I.

This memoir is a riveting account of a destined life that would have been cut short had it not been for the power of one woman's prayer life and unyielding faith in God. Vivian Phillips, Author Revival in the Pews I watched my baby brother go from an abandoned child, to a youth captured by the hustle of the streets, to a life completely turned around by our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. The Architecture of James Stirling and His Partners James Gowan and Michael Wilford
Sir James Stirling was arguably the greatest British architect of the twentieth century. This book provides the most comprehensive critical survey of Stirling's work to date, charting the development of his ideas from his formative years, through his partnership with James Gowan, on to his period in practice as sole partner; and finally, his partnership with Michael Wilford. Using archival material, extensive interviews with his partners and others who worked for him, together with analytical examination of key buildings, this detailed critical examination explains his philosophy, working method and design strategy. In doing so, it sheds new light on the atelier structure of his office and who did what on his major buildings. Geoffrey Baker is the first to analyse in depth the articulation systems used in major projects undertaken by Stirling. He confirms that the Staatsgalerie complex at Stuttgart does not demonstrate Stirling's interest in post modernism but rather an enhanced sensitivity towards context informed by his growing allegiance to the classical canon. Baker explains how this important development in his work, powerfully influenced by Karl Friedrich Schinkel, is consummated in perhaps the finest of Stirling's uncompleted works, the extension to London's National Gallery. In a discussion of his mature works, Baker explains how Stirling's work can be understood in terms of several interconnected ideas. These include surrealism, historicism, myth and metaphor, inconsistency and ambiguity, bi-lateral symmetry, the garden, rusticity and arcadia, and the archetype, seen as the repository of the collective architectural memory. As well as discussing his interests and those who influenced Stirling, the book compares his oeuvre with that of the pioneers of modern architecture, Mies van der Rohe, Frank Lloyd Wright, Alvar Aalto and Le Corbusier. This book charts a remarkable career, and offers invaluable insights not only into the masterly, timeless architecture, but also into the man himself: charismatic, irreverent, courageous, serious; sometimes rude, often stubborn, belligerent, yet gentle. He was endlessly inventive and deeply dedicated to his art, producing buildings that reflect all of the above, buildings that are magnificent and ultimately humane.
