Cette urbanisation la p riph rie s'articule autour de plusieurs enjeux: politiques, conomiques, spatiaux, environnementaux... Au S n gal, le processus d'urbanisation n'a pas t lin aire. L' talement urbain de la capitale s'est accompagn d'un probl me d'am nagement dans plusieurs localit s n' pargnant pas la commune de Keur Massar. La pr sente tude a pour objectif d' tudier les impacts de la dynamique d'occupation du sol sur l'am nagement urbain. En effet, la forte urbanisation de la commune modifie l'occupation du sol et la physionomie des zones et se traduit par des cons quences sur le plan spatial. Ainsi, des recommandations ont t formul es dans ce livre pour am liorer la gestion du d veloppement urbain.
