Ces derni res ann es, l' tude de la dacryocystite chronique est un sujet int ressant en ophtalmologie clinique, car il s'agit d'une entit clinique courante rencontr e dans la pratique ophtalmologique de routine. Le traitement chirurgical de l'obstruction du canal lacrymo-nasal implique la cr ation d'une nouvelle voie d' coulement des larmes du sac lacrymal directement dans le nez, en contournant le canal lacrymo-nasal, cette proc dure tant appel e dacryocystorhinostomie (DCR). Le principal avantage de la DCR externe est la visualisation de l'anatomie, qui permet l'ablation pr cise de l'os dans la fosse du sac lacrymal, et l'anastomose pr cise de la muqueuse nasale et du sac lacrymal, fix e par suture. Dans le cas de l'obstruction du canal lacrymal, le sympt me g ne consid rablement le patient et une chirurgie DCR r ussie a un effet positif sur le bien- tre physique et psychologique du patient. Compte tenu du faible pourcentage de cas qui se sont plaints d'une cicatrisation marqu e, la cicatrisation ne devrait pas tre le principal motif de d cision concernant l'approche de la chirurgie du DCR, m me chez les jeunes patients conscients de l'aspect cosm tique.

Negli ultimi anni lo studio della dacriocistite cronica un argomento interessante in oftalmologia clinica, essendo l'entit clinica comunemente riscontrata nella pratica oftalmica di routine. La gestione chirurgica dell'ostruzione del dotto nasolacrimale prevede la creazione di una nuova via per il flusso lacrimale dal sacco lacrimale direttamente nel naso, bypassando il dotto nasolacrimale. Questa procedura, chiamata Dacriocistorinostomia (DCR), comparabile alla DCR endoscopica e alla Dacriocistorinostomia esterna, che pu essere eseguita con successo anche in piccoli ospedali ed tuttora la procedura gold standard. Il vantaggio principale della DCR esterna la visualizzazione dell'anatomia, che consente una precisa rimozione dell'osso nella fossa del sacco lacrimale e un'accurata anastomosi con sutura della mucosa nasale e del sacco lacrimale. Nella popolazione con ostruzione del dotto nasolacrimale, il sintomo disturba notevolmente il paziente e un intervento di DCR riuscito ha un effetto positivo sul benessere fisico e psicologico del paziente. Considerata la bassa percentuale di casi che lamentavano una cicatrice marcata, la cicatrice non dovrebbe essere il motivo principale per decidere l'approccio all'intervento di DCR, anche in pazienti giovani e consapevoli dal punto di vista estetico.

Ergebnisse, die in Zusammenarbeit mit der Hypothese gefunden wurden, und verschiedene morpho-physiologische Mechanismen der Toleranz, die bei unterschiedlichem Salzstress aufgedeckt wurden. La ricerca originale condotta per verificare la tolleranza dei genotipi del pomodoro alla salinit . stato ipotizzato che le linee di pomodoro coltivato e di pomodoro avanzato abbiano la capacit di tollerare una salinit pi elevata, in particolare in una fase critica dell'insediamento delle piantine. I genotipi possono avere un diverso meccanismo morfo-fisiologico di tolleranza al sale allo stesso oa diversi livelli di salinit . Risultati trovati in collaborazione con l'ipotesi e diversi meccanismi morfo-fisiologici di tolleranza rivelati a vari livelli di stress salino. L'allevamento per la tolleranza al sale si basa totalmente sull'identificazione di un particolare tratto che rende il germoplasma pi produttivo in condizioni saline. Botanici e coltivatori di piante potrebbero utilizzare linee identificate tolleranti al sale e sensibili al sale per la successiva sperimentazione precisa per quanto riguarda la morfologia, la fisiologia, la proteomica, la trascrittomica, gli studi biochimici e genetici. La maggior parte della comunit agricola nei paesi in via di sviluppo sta affrontando molti fattori ambientali che portano a stress e il problema pi diverso per ogni coltura la salinit . Quindi, sarebbe vantaggioso per gli agricoltori utilizzare i risultati di questa ricerca e perseguire gli obiettivi.
