Das Ph nomen des semantischen Verlusts im Koran, sei es in Form einer Bedeutungserweiterung, einer Bedeutungsverengung oder eines totalen Wandels, ist interessant zu untersuchen, da es Auswirkungen auf das soziale und religi se Leben haben wird. Ziel dieser Studie ist es, die Formen und Faktoren zu erkl ren, die dem Auftreten von semantischem Verlust in der indonesischen bersetzung des Koran zugrunde liegen. Um diese Ziele zu erforschen, wurde die qualitative Forschung mit einem bibliothekarischen Studienansatz verwendet, bei dem Daten in einem Dokumentarfilm mit einem interaktiven Analysemodell gesammelt wurden, das von Miles und Hubberman bernommen wurde. Diese Studie kommt zu dem Schluss, dass der semantische Verlust, der in der bersetzung des Korans enthalten ist, in Form von Bedeutungserweiterung, Bedeutungsverengung, v lliger Bedeutungs nderung und Verbesserung auftritt, d.h. der Prozess der Bedeutungs nderung, bei dem die neue Bedeutung als h her oder besser als die alte Bedeutung empfunden wird. Die Faktoren, die dem Auftreten von Bedeutungsverlusten zugrunde liegen, sind linguistische und nicht-linguistische Faktoren.
