Die Herausforderung besteht darin, kosteneffiziente Modelle zu entwickeln, die in der Lage sind, die Informationen zeitnah und in verst ndlicher Form auf dem erforderlichen Granularit tsniveau zu liefern, um sie handlungsf hig zu machen. Die Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (IKT) tragen nicht nur zur Verbesserung der Wettervorhersage und der Klima berwachung bei, sondern sind auch f r die Verbreitung von Informationen an ein gro es Publikum unerl sslich. La sfida consiste nello sviluppare modelli economicamente vantaggiosi che siano in grado di fornire le informazioni in modo tempestivo e comprensibile al livello di granularit necessario per renderle attuabili. Le tecnologie dell'informazione e della comunicazione (TIC) non solo aiutano a far progredire le previsioni meteorologiche e il monitoraggio del clima, ma sono anche essenziali per diffondere le informazioni a un vasto pubblico. Il presente lavoro analizza lo stato dell'arte delle tecnologie di previsione meteorologica, comprese le proiezioni climatiche che possono essere utilizzate come strumento per ridurre gli impatti negativi dei cambiamenti climatici e della variabilit climatica, nonch il ruolo attivo delle TIC in corso e proposte per l'adattamento dell'agricoltura ai cambiamenti climatici.
