Para demostrar lo antes expuesto, se realizaron entrevistas a cuatro abogados especializados en Derecho Penal, los cu les nos supieron manifestar que una inadecuada imputaci n realizada por el fiscal, dar a como resultado la indefensi n del procesado, por lo tanto, no contar a con una defensa s lida y acorde al grado de participaci n dentro de un determinado delito.
