The quantitative distribution of the associative and projection efferent fibers of the different fields of the sensorimotor (SM) and parietal cortex (PC) along with ultrastructural organization of PC terminals in the nucleus caudatus (NC) and ruber (NR) in the cat were studied. It was shown, that areas primary motor (MI) and sensory cortex (SI) did not have reciprocal connections. It was identified the maximal projected fields of the cortex (fundal fields of the MI, area Clare-Bishop-39, 40 in human), the subcortical and brainstem nuclei (NC, NR) nuclei pontis (NP) and reticularis (R) with definition of the ultrastructural organization of axon terminals of PC on GABAergic cells of above mentioned nuclei. Our results about the maximal projected fields of cortex and subcortical, brainstem nuclei which are highly consistents with those from studies of specimens from humans after strokes in PC shows probably dominant inhibitory influence of cortico-brainstem efferents of PC with maximal involvement of noted GABAergic nuclei in realization of clinical manifestation under stroke PC in human.

Die quantitative Verteilung der assoziativen und projektionsefferenten Fasern der verschiedenen Felder des sensomotorischen (SM) und parietalen Kortex (PC) sowie die ultrastrukturelle Organisation der PC-Terminals im Nucleus caudatus (NC) und Ruber (NR) bei der Katze wurden untersucht. Es zeigte sich, dass die Areale des prim r-motorischen (MI) und des sensorischen Kortex (SI) keine reziproken Verbindungen aufweisen. Es wurden die maximal projizierten Felder des Kortex (Fundusfelder des MI, Areal Clare-Bishop-39, 40 beim Menschen), der subkortikalen und Hirnstammkerne (NC, NR) Nuclei pontis (NP) und reticularis (R) mit Definition der ultrastrukturellen Organisation der Axonterminals des PC auf GABAergen Zellen der oben erw hnten Kerne identifiziert. Unsere Ergebnisse ber die maximal projizierten Felder des Kortex und der subkortikalen Hirnstammkerne, die mit denen aus Studien an Proben von Menschen nach Schlaganf llen in PC hochkonsistent sind, zeigen einen wahrscheinlich dominanten hemmenden Einfluss der Kortiko-Hirnstammefferenzen von PC bei maximaler Beteiligung der bekannten GABAergen Kerne bei der Realisierung der klinischen Manifestation unter Schlaganfall-PC beim Menschen.

Se demostr que las reas motoras primarias (MI) y la corteza sensorial (SI) no ten an conexiones rec procas. Se identificaron los campos m ximos proyectados de la corteza (campos fundamentales del MI, rea Clare-Bishop-39, 40 en el humano), los n cleos subcorticales y del tronco cerebral (NC, NR) los n cleos pontis (NP) y reticulares (R) con la definici n de la organizaci n ultraestructural de las terminales de los axones del PC en las c lulas GABAerg ticas de los n cleos mencionados. Nuestros resultados sobre los campos m ximos proyectados de los n cleos de la corteza y subcortical del tronco encef lico, que son muy consistentes con los de los estudios de muestras de seres humanos despu s de accidentes cerebrovasculares en el CP, muestran una influencia inhibitoria probablemente dominante de los efluentes corticoencef licos del CP con una participaci n m xima de los n cleos GABAerg ticos observados en la realizaci n de la manifestaci n cl nica bajo el CP de un accidente cerebrovascular en el ser humano.

Het werd ge dentificeerd de maximale geprojecteerde velden van de cortex (fundamentele velden van het MI, gebied Clare-Bishop-39, 40 in de mens), de subcorticale en hersenstamkernen (NC, NR) kernen pontis (NP) en reticularis (R) met definitie van de ultrastructurele organisatie van axon terminals van PC op GABA-erge cellen van de hierboven genoemde kernen. Onze resultaten over de maximale geprojecteerde velden van cortex en subcorticale, hersenstamkernen die in hoge mate bestaat met die van studies van exemplaren van mensen na beroertes in PC toont waarschijnlijk dominante remmende invloed van cortico-brainstem efferents van PC met maximale betrokkenheid van de bekende GABA-erge kernen in de realisatie van de klinische manifestatie onder een beroerte PC in de mens.
