Viele Erzeuger und Gesch fte haben in Bio-Gem se investiert, aber viele haben diese Branche auch wieder verlassen, weil das Gesch ft schlecht lief. Diese Studie soll helfen, das Verhalten und die Absichten der Verbraucher beim Kauf von Bio-Gem se zu verstehen und herauszufinden, welche Faktoren ihr Kaufverhalten wirklich beeinflussen und wie viel sie bereit sind, f r dieses Premiumprodukt zu zahlen. Die Studie basiert auf der Theory Planned of Behavior (Theorie des geplanten Verhaltens) mit dem Zusatz der Vertrauensskala. Der Fragebogen wurde durch ausf hrliche Interviews mit Personen entwickelt, die in der kologischen Lebensmittelindustrie t tig sind. Es wurden mehr als 150 Daten gesammelt, die sich auf Angestellte mit mittlerem und hohem Einkommen konzentrierten, die normalerweise Lebensmittel einkaufen. Wir fanden heraus, dass der Glaube an den Nutzen f r die Gesundheit und die Umwelt, die wahrgenommene Verhaltenskontrolle und das Vertrauen einen signifikanten Einfluss auf die Kaufabsicht und das Kaufverhalten von Biogem se haben. De nombreux producteurs et magasins de proximit ont investi dans les l gumes biologiques, mais beaucoup d'entre eux ont galement quitt ce secteur en raison de la faiblesse de leur chiffre d'affaires. Cette tude permettra de comprendre le comportement et l'intention des consommateurs en mati re d'achat de l gumes biologiques, les facteurs qui influencent r ellement leur acte d'achat et le montant qu'ils sont pr ts payer pour ce produit haut de gamme. Questa ricerca aiuter a capire il comportamento e l'intenzione dei consumatori nell'acquisto di verdure biologiche, quali fattori hanno un reale impatto sulla loro azione di acquisto e quanto sono disposti a pagare per questo prodotto di prezzo superiore. Lo studio si basa sulla Teoria del comportamento pianificato con l'aggiunta della scala della fiducia. Il questionario stato sviluppato attraverso interviste in profondit con persone che lavorano nel settore degli alimenti biologici. Sono stati raccolti pi di 150 dati che si concentravano su impiegati con reddito medio e alto e che sono soliti fare acquisti alimentari. Abbiamo scoperto che la convinzione dei benefici per la salute e l'ambiente, il controllo percepito del comportamento e la fiducia hanno un impatto significativo sull'intenzione e sui comportamenti di acquisto di verdure biologiche.
