In light of a history of legislative actions in the United States to encourage collaborative R&D, this book characterizes U.S. collaborative R&D through the eyes of the National Research Joint Venture Database. Facilitating a fresh statistical look at collaborative R&D as a purposive strategy in the light of existing public policies, this book also provides a critical evaluation of the effectiveness of those attendant policies. Elle ne peut tre d tenue concurremment avec une autre nationalit . La double nationalit , cas le plus fr quent de la multinationalit n'est pas reconnue ni autoris e en RDC. Cependant, beaucoup d'acteurs politiques et tant d'autres cat gories de personnes ont pour une raison ou une autre obtenu la nationalit du pays d'accueil. Ce qui les disqualifie de briguer un poste politique ou d'acc der des hautes fonctions publiques tant d pourvus de la citoyennet congolaise. Des voix discordant s' l vent pour soit d sapprouver ce principe d'unicit et de l'exclusivit de la nationalit congolaise, soit pour soutenir son maintien. Cette transmission se fait certes par le lien de sang mais galement au cours de la vie, car elle peut tre acquise par le mariage, l'adoption, la naturalisation, la r int gration et exceptionnellement par la d claration.La nationalit bien qu'acquise peut tre perdue. Cette perte est subordonn e des conditions bien d finies par le l gislateur ivoirien tout en suivant une proc dure d ment tablie.Le l gislateur travers certaines dispositions tend rejeter implicitement le principe de la double nationalit (Art. 48 al. 1er de la loi de 1961), alors que certaines dispositions poussent croire le contraire (Les art.51 et 52 de la loi de 1961). Il serait donc plus juste que le l gislateur affirme express ment ce rejet.
