Bei der Erforschung des gastronomischen Ursprungs des westlichen Paran -Gebietes wurde festgestellt, dass die Guarani-Indianer das Hauptthema waren, die aufgrund der Kolonisierung durch die iberischen Eroberer und der Zuflucht der Jesuitenpriester ihr Universum in ein missionarisches verwandelten. Kulturelle und soziale Anpassungen und vor allem die Gestaltung des Territoriums haben die heutige Esskultur gepr gt. Diese Arbeit n hert sich den geografischen Territorien der wichtigsten St dte des westlichen Paran an und stellt die Beziehungen zwischen den im Laufe der Geschichte erlittenen kulturellen Hybriden dar und zeigt die Bedeutung der Beziehungen zwischen den an sozialen Konflikten und Migrationen beteiligten Subjekten auf, die durch die Notwendigkeit des berlebens oder aus wirtschaftlichen Gr nden entstanden sind. Angesichts der Komplexit t, die die Kulturgeographie mit sich bringt, geht diese Arbeit von der empirischen Darstellung der st dtischen Feste bis zum kurzen Bericht in der spezifischen Bibliographie und erreicht die Aktualit t des gastronomischen Ursprungs und seine Repr sentativit t f r das Gebiet des westlichen Paran .

In the development of the gastronomic origin of the territory of western Paran , he discovered that the main subject was the Guarani Indian who, due to the colonization suffered by the Iberian conquerors and consequently the refuge of the Jesuit priests, transformed his universe into missionary. Cultures and social adaptations and especially the formation of the territory designed the food culture of today. This work makes an approach to the geographical territorialities of the main cities of western Paran , and presents the relationship of cultural hybridism suffered throughout history, and shows the importance of relations between the subjects involved in social conflicts and migrations, time for survival or economic reasons. Faced with the complexity that involves cultural geography, this work goes from the empirical presented by the municipal festivities to the brief report in the specific bibliography, reaching the actuality of the gastronomic origin and its representativeness of the territory of western Paran .

Les cultures et les adaptations sociales, et surtout la formation du territoire, ont dessin la culture alimentaire d'aujourd'hui. Ce travail fait une approche des territorialit s g ographiques des principales villes de l'ouest du Paran , et pr sente la relation de l'hybridation culturelle subie travers l'histoire, et montre l'importance des relations entre les sujets impliqu s dans les conflits sociaux et les migrations, heure par besoin de survie ou pour des raisons conomiques. Face la complexit qu'implique la g ographie culturelle, ce travail va de l'empirique pr sent par les f tes municipales au bref rapport dans la bibliographie sp cifique, atteignant l'actualit de l'origine gastronomique et sa repr sentativit du territoire de l'ouest du Paran .

Le culture e gli adattamenti sociali e soprattutto la formazione del territorio hanno disegnato la cultura alimentare di oggi. Questo lavoro fa un approccio alle territorialit geografiche delle principali citt del Paran occidentale, e presenta il rapporto di ibridismo culturale sofferto nel corso della storia, e mostra l'importanza delle relazioni tra i soggetti coinvolti nei conflitti sociali e nelle migrazioni, ora per necessit di sopravvivenza ora per motivi economici. Di fronte alla complessit che coinvolge la geografia culturale, questo lavoro passa dall'empirico presentato dalle feste municipali al breve resoconto nella bibliografia specifica, arrivando all'attualit dell'origine gastronomica e alla sua rappresentativit del territorio del Paran occidentale.

Raphael Sanzio (1483-1520) was a member of the elite group of Italian Renaissance masters which also included his prominent rivals Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo.
