Technology that augments, rather than replaces, is needed to transform these complex systems into efficient, digital processes.Blockchain technology offers collaborative opportunities for solving some of the data problems that have long challenged the aerospace industry. The world is filled with so many amazing things. The breathtaking beauty of nature, the love given and received between family and friends, and the calmness of the heart knowing God's love is there are only part of a vast collection of uplifting poetry in Grandma's Poems of Days Gone By. Pulling together this grouping of poems is important in order that they are shared and not lost to time. Irma Jessamy McCoy, known to me and all family members as Aunt Irma, was a very interesting individual. Before women "worked outside the home" she found work as a correspondent for the Newton Daily News. She passed on this talent to my grandfather, Raymond Dale Wicker, and then my mother, Frances Virjeanne Mays. It's a bit of a family hobby.

Evidence of Things Not Seen: Fantastical Blackness in Genre Fictions is an interdisciplinary study of blackness in genre literature of the Americas. The “fantastical” in fantastical blackness is conceived by an unrestrained imagination because it lives, despite every attempt at annihilation. This blackness amazes because it refuses the limits of anti-blackness. As put to work in this project, fantastical blackness is an ethical praxis that centers black self-knowledge as a point of departure rather than as a reaction to threatening or diminishing dominant narratives. Mystery, romance, fantasy, mixed-genre, and science fictions’ unrestrained imaginings profoundly communicate this quality of blackness, specifically here through the work of Barbara Neely, Colson Whitehead, Nalo Hopkinson, and Colin Channer. When black writers center this expressive quality, they make fantastical blackness available to a broad audience that then uses its imaginable vocabularies to reshape extra-literary realities. Ultimately, popular genres’ imaginable possibilities offer strategies through which the made up can be made real.

The author, Rhonda Green, is a person whose calling in life, from a very young age, has been to compassionately walk with people and their loved ones as they transition out of this life. Her emphasis in this book is to encourage and guide everyone to prepare for their eventual transition by completing what she calls an "Exit Plan" in order to save them much practical and emotional heartache. This will be an extremely helpful book for all who are interested in "getting their house in order." It also might well cultivate such an interest in those who haven't yet thought about how to prepare for their own death. Green has done a superb job of creating a handbook for the process of dying through her life-giving stories and guidance. She somehow manages to companion the reader into the nitty gritty of the "business" of death and dying while keeping a wonderful energy flowing throughout. Her focus on death is for the purpose of helping people live well and be fully present both in death and life. This book is well written with strong logical flow and transitions in general. It's obvious that the writer knows what she's talking about from a lifetime of experience; her roots go deep. The author is to be highly commended for sharing her lifetime of wisdom through this effective book.
