The discussion about the presence of media in schools today is the subject of debate among educators and theorists who address the issue. The need for change in the classroom has been highlighted in the media, through constant criticism of the use of mobile phones and tablets with their various features, and the way in which they have been used in classrooms and in relation to teachers. In this study, we articulate the relationship between media and adolescents, emphasising in our analysis and discussion the contexts of the Internet (social networks, websites) and television (soap operas, films and series) and their repercussions on the school life of the adolescents participating in the research. This study aims to understand how individuals understand the relationship with the media within the school context, in their search for information and findings, affirming their way of thinking about behavioural and educational issues. We also seek to understand how teachers understand the relationship between the media and the education of their students, investigating whether the media circle is articulated between learning methods.

Potrzeba zmian w salach lekcyjnych jest poruszana w mediach, gdzie pojawiają się ciągle krytyczne uwagi dotyczące korzystania z telefon w kom rkowych i tablet w z ich r żnorodnymi funkcjami oraz sposobu, w jaki są one wykorzystywane w salach lekcyjnych i w obecności nauczyciela. W niniejszej pracy analizujemy relacje między mediami a nastolatkami, kladąc nacisk na analizę i dyskusję na temat kontekst w Internetu (sieci spolecznościowe, strony internetowe) i telewizji (seriale, filmy i seriale) oraz ich wplywu na życie szkolne nastolatk w uczestniczących w badaniu. Niniejsza praca ma na celu zrozumienie, w jaki spos b podmiot postrzega relacje z mediami w kontekście szkolnym, w poszukiwaniu informacji i spostrzeżeń, potwierdzając sw j spos b myślenia o kwestiach behawioralnych i edukacyjnych. Staramy się r wnież zrozumiec, w jaki spos b nauczyciel postrzega związek między mediami a ksztalceniem swoich uczni w, badając, czy krąg medi w jest powiązany z metodami nauczania.

Il dibattito sulla presenza dei media nel contesto scolastico odierno oggetto di discussione da parte di educatori e teorici che affrontano l'argomento. La necessit di cambiamenti in classe stata messa in evidenza dai mezzi di comunicazione, attraverso la critica costante all'uso di cellulari e tablet con le loro varie funzionalit e al modo in cui questi dispositivi vengono utilizzati in classe e alla presenza dell'insegnante. In questo lavoro articoliamo il rapporto tra media e adolescenti, enfatizzando nell'analisi e nella discussione i contesti di Internet (social network, siti web) e della televisione (telenovelas, film e serie TV) e le loro ripercussioni sulla vita scolastica degli adolescenti che hanno partecipato alla ricerca. Il presente lavoro mira a comprendere come il soggetto percepisce il rapporto con i media nel contesto scolastico, nella ricerca di informazioni e constatazioni, affermando il proprio modo di pensare sulle questioni comportamentali ed educative. Cerchiamo inoltre di comprendere come l'insegnante percepisce il rapporto tra i media e la formazione scolastica dei propri studenti, indagando se il circolo mediatico articolato tra i metodi di apprendimento.

Two groups of volunteers having no eye disease were examined electro-oculo- graphically twice at ten minute intervals. One group smoked in the break, one didn't. In the non-smoking group there are a number of significant correlations between the tested parameters in the dark-period and in the light-period, which could not be found to the same degree in the smoking group. The fact that there were differences between the two groups-even though not interpretable systematicaIly-suggests, that smoking influences physiological processes in the EOG. In the second period of the test, a parallelism in the course of EOG and EEG was observed, the EEG-changes, however, are interpreted more psychologically than pharmacologicaIly. Professor GOSTA KARPE GOSTA KARPE was born in Vadstena, Sweden, 1908. His medical education started in 1927 at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm During his study he worked parttime in the department of physiology. KARPE served as a resident in the ophthalmological department of Serafiner lasarettet from 1937 till 1941. That year, the university eye clinic was transferred to the newly built Karolinska Sjukhuset, where KARPE became assistant-head of the out-patient department, and lecturer in ophthalmology. In 1949 he was appoin­ ted professor in ophthalmology at the Karolinska Institute and head of the department of ophthalmology at Karolinska Sjukhuset. KARPE received his doctor degree in 1945 upon completion of his thesis: 'The basis of clinical electroretinography'. This original work opened up a completely new field of clinical investigation. Soon Swedish and foreign pupils flocked into his department to study his new method, a technique at present accepted as an indispensable tool in ophthalmic practice. Since 1945 his work as well as that of his pupils have been devoted mainly to this field of research.

Strychnine and picrotoxin were tested as possible antagonists of two puta- tive inhibitory transmitters in the retina: taurine and GABA, Strychnine was shown to antagonize the depressive action of taurine on the ERG b-wave, but it did not affect the depressive action of GABA. Conversely, picrotoxin had no effect on the depressive action of taurine on the ERG b-wave, but it antagonizes to some extent the depressive effect of GABA. These data, as well as those obtained through recording tectal evoked responses, lead to the conclusion that taurine and GABA do not act in the same way in retinal inhibitory synaptic transmission.
