The use and development of implants for restoring lost teeth has been through several phases to reach the optimal goal of having a permanent, artificial anchoring of fixed bridges or crowns in the upper and lower jaw. This period, mainly based on trial-and-error approaches, has led to the development of different implant materials, designs and treatment techniques.Today's implant materials function well when the bone quality is good and especially when there is bicortical anchorage. However, in many cases, the situation is not optimal and regions have cancellous bone and thin cortical lamellae. Although some recent reports indicate that good clinical results can be achieved even after shorter healing time using the conventional implants, most research shows that a relatively long healing period without any stress is needed to achieve a tight bony contact with the implant material.The healing time, however, depends on the bone quality, and one aspect of current research is to try to determine the best treatment modalities with reduced bone quality, particularly in the maxillary region

Este per odo, baseado principalmente em abordagens de tentativa e erro, levou ao desenvolvimento de diferentes materiais de implantes, desenhos e t cnicas de tratamento. Os materiais de implantes actuais funcionam bem quando a qualidade ssea boa e especialmente quando h ancoragem bicortical. No entanto, em muitos casos, a situa o n o ptima e as regi es t m osso esponjoso e lamelas corticais finas. Embora alguns relat rios recentes indiquem que bons resultados cl nicos podem ser alcan ados mesmo ap s um tempo de cicatriza o mais curto utilizando os implantes convencionais, a maior parte da investiga o mostra que necess rio um per odo de cicatriza o relativamente longo sem qualquer stress para se conseguir um contacto sseo apertado com o material do implante.O tempo de cicatriza o, no entanto, depende da qualidade ssea, e um aspecto da investiga o actual tentar determinar as melhores modalidades de tratamento com qualidade ssea reduzida, particularmente na regi o maxilar.

L'uso e lo sviluppo degli impianti per il ripristino dei denti perduti ha attraversato diverse fasi per raggiungere l'obiettivo ottimale di un ancoraggio artificiale permanente di ponti fissi o corone nella mascella superiore e inferiore. Questo periodo, basato principalmente su approcci basati su tentativi ed errori, ha portato allo sviluppo di diversi materiali implantari, design e tecniche di trattamento. Gli attuali materiali implantari funzionano bene quando la qualit dell'osso buona e soprattutto quando c' un ancoraggio bicorticale. Tuttavia, in molti casi, la situazione non ottimale e le regioni presentano osso cancelloso e lamelle corticali sottili. Sebbene alcuni rapporti recenti indichino che possibile ottenere buoni risultati clinici anche dopo un tempo di guarigione pi breve utilizzando gli impianti convenzionali, la maggior parte delle ricerche dimostra che necessario un periodo di guarigione relativamente lungo senza alcuno stress per ottenere un contatto osseo stretto con il materiale implantare. Il tempo di guarigione, tuttavia, dipende dalla qualit dell'osso e un aspetto della ricerca attuale cercare di determinare le migliori modalit di trattamento con una qualit ossea ridotta, in particolare nella regione mascellare.

L'utilisation et le d veloppement des implants pour la restauration des dents perdues ont connu plusieurs phases avant d'atteindre l'objectif optimal d'un ancrage artificiel permanent de bridges ou de couronnes fixes dans les m choires sup rieure et inf rieure. Cette p riode, principalement bas e sur des approches d'essais et d'erreurs, a conduit au d veloppement de diff rents mat riaux d'implants, conceptions et techniques de traitement. Les mat riaux d'implants actuels fonctionnent bien lorsque la qualit de l'os est bonne et en particulier lorsqu'il y a un ancrage bicortical. Cependant, dans de nombreux cas, la situation n'est pas optimale et les r gions pr sentent de l'os spongieux et des lamelles corticales minces. Bien que certains rapports r cents indiquent que de bons r sultats cliniques peuvent tre obtenus m me apr s un temps de cicatrisation plus court en utilisant les implants conventionnels, la plupart des recherches montrent qu'une p riode de cicatrisation relativement longue sans aucune contrainte est n cessaire pour obtenir un contact osseux troit avec le mat riau de l'implant.Le temps de cicatrisation d pend toutefois de la qualit de l'os, et l'un des aspects de la recherche actuelle est d'essayer de d terminer les meilleures modalit s de traitement avec une qualit osseuse r duite, en particulier dans la r gion du maxillaire.

Die Verwendung und Entwicklung von Implantaten zur Wiederherstellung verlorener Z hne hat mehrere Phasen durchlaufen, um das optimale Ziel einer dauerhaften, k nstlichen Verankerung von festsitzenden Br cken oder Kronen im Ober- und Unterkiefer zu erreichen. In dieser Zeit, die haupts chlich auf Versuch und Irrtum beruhte, wurden verschiedene Implantatmaterialien, Designs und Behandlungstechniken entwickelt, die heute bei guter Knochenqualit t und insbesondere bei bikortikaler Verankerung gut funktionieren. In vielen F llen ist die Situation jedoch nicht optimal und es gibt Regionen mit spongi sem Knochen und d nnen kortikalen Lamellen. Obwohl einige neuere Berichte darauf hindeuten, dass mit konventionellen Implantaten auch nach k rzerer Einheilzeit gute klinische Ergebnisse erzielt werden k nnen, zeigen die meisten Untersuchungen, dass eine relativ lange Einheilzeit ohne jegliche Belastung erforderlich ist, um einen engen kn chernen Kontakt mit dem Implantatmaterial zu erreichen. Die Einheilzeit h ngt jedoch von der Knochenqualit t ab, und ein Aspekt der aktuellen Forschung ist der Versuch, die besten Behandlungsmodalit ten bei reduzierter Knochenqualit t, insbesondere im Oberkieferbereich, zu ermitteln.

We have synthesized a series of quinoline hybrid thiosemicarbazide derivatives under microwave irradiation. Synthesized compounds were successfully applied against the biological studies. Compounds 7a, 7g, 7k exhibited potent activity againstP. aeruginosa, compounds 7a, 7f,7h,7r showed excellent activity against E.coli, compounds 7a, 7b, 7c, 7e, 7f, 7l, 7o, 7p, 7q and 7sexhibited good activity against plasmodium falciparum strain. The docking study was performed on selected three proteins 3JSU, 4DP3 and 1J3K. Compounds7b (-8.32) and 7i (-8.22) were selected in 3JSU, compounds7c (-7.23) and 7l (-5.82) were selected in 4DP3 for the best binding possess, compounds7b (-4.323) and 7l (-3.039) were selected in 1J3Kfor the best binding possess. The docking study was suggested that selected molecules were perfect, fit into the protein cavity with excellent G-score. Molecular dynamics study of compound 7ewith protein (PDB: 3JSU) studied in Schrodinger software, Pharmacophore study and ADME-Tox were carried out for the drug-likeness properties. This study proved that our molecules could be act as hit molecules in the future.

Novel fluorine containing quinoline hybrid thiosemicarbazide analogues and screened for their in-vitrostudy in antibacterial, antifungal, antimalarial, antituberculosis strains. Analogues were active against antimalarial Plasmodium falciparum strain, among them analogues 8d, 8g, 8h, 8k and 8l shown remarkable activity than reference drug Quinine. We have carried out Molecular docking, ADME-Tox, Molecular dynamics and Pharmacophore study. Biological activity and Molecular docking study were correlated for the potent molecules. This study were suggested active binding site of analogues to give a best mechanism in in-silico side. Then, most active molecule 8g was performed for the molecular dynamics study. Here, this article concluded that analogues 8d, 8g and 8k were representing a promising lead for the new development of antimalarial therapeutics.

Wir haben Molekulares Docking, ADME-Tox, Molekulardynamik und Pharmakophor-Studie durchgef hrt. Die biologische Aktivit t und die molekulare Docking-Studie wurden f r die potenten Molek le korreliert. In dieser Studie wurden die aktiven Bindungsstellen der Analoga vorgeschlagen, um einen optimalen Mechanismus in der In-silico-Seite zu finden. Dann wurde f r das aktivste Molek l 8g eine Molekulardynamikstudie durchgef hrt. Dieser Artikel kommt zu dem Schluss, dass die Analoga 8d, 8g und 8k eine vielversprechende Spur f r die neue Entwicklung von Malariatherapeutika darstellen.

L'activit biologique et l' tude d'amarrage mol culaire ont t corr l es pour les mol cules puissantes. Cette tude a sugg r un site de liaison actif pour les analogues afin d'obtenir un meilleur m canisme in-silico. Ensuite, la mol cule la plus active, 8g, a t soumise l' tude de dynamique mol culaire. Cet article conclut que les analogues 8d, 8g et 8k repr sentent une piste prometteuse pour le d veloppement de nouvelles th rapies antipaludiques.
