This 1962 book is a concise study of one of the most important and complex parts of the geological succession, the middle part of the Tertiary Era, in which sediments of great economic importance (especially for the petroleum and related industries) were deposited. The authors have examined the relevant stratigraphy of New Zealand, Australasia, Oceania, Indonesia, South East Asia, the Indian subcontinent, Middle East, East Africa, North Africa and the Mediterranean, the classical successions of Europe and the detailed successions of the Central American region, incorporating the expert opinion of other geologists and including much previously unpublished work by themselves and their colleagues; in particular, Dr L. R. Cox has contributed a section on the Oligocene and Aquitanian marine molluscan faunas of parts of Europe. Much of the information is presented graphically and a comprehensive description of the true Oligocene plantonic stratigraphical index foraminifera is given.
Incorporating a variety of styles and formats and photographs from around the world, T(w)o Bits is a poetic exploration of life's themes and threads. From friendship to romance, from love to loss, heartache, and more.

The authors prefer to remain anonymous and hope the book will help the readers find their own internal spiritual "Author".

Armed with curiosity and a desire to piece together the story of the world's only seven-masted schooner, Tom Hall spent several years researching on both sides of the Atlantic, diving on the Lawson wreck and interviewing the relatives of those involved in the rescue efforts. The result of his work is the most complete account of the T. W. Lawson's story, ranging from her building and launch to her fated wreck off the Scilly Isles.
They Called Him Superman (Volume Two): Debates of T.W. Brents

A long-time writer for the Gospel Advocate during the tenure of David Lipscomb and Tolbert Fanning, T.W. Brents wrote one of the most influential and long-lasting books the brotherhood has ever seen: The Gospel Plan of Salvation has never gone out of print since it was first written a century and a half ago But he was much more than the author of a single book. He was a champion debater (some who knew both said that he excelled Alexander Campbell), a planter of churches, a fierce opponent of false doctrine, a staunch defender of the truth, an advocate for Christian unity based on the word of God, and one biographer believed him to be so influential during his time that he called him "superman." In They Called Him Superman, Volume Two, Brents' excellent mind is clearly on display as he destroys Calvinism, Infant Baptism, and the idea of Baptist Succession, as he debates Herod (a Baptist), Frogge (Methodist), and Pennington (Baptist). When you're finished, maybe you'll agree that Thomas Wesley Brents truly was a "superman" in the service of his Lord and Master, Jesus Christ.
