Cross Montessori Angels is a Montessori Consultant company who follows the Montessori Philosophy & passion to design learning as an alternative to traditional schooling, this system of education has been around for more than a century. Maria Montessori noticed that by observing children "we then become witnesses to the development of the human soul; the emergence of the New Man, who will no longer be the victim of events but, thanks to his clarity of vision, will become able to direct and to mold the future of mankind" (Absorbent Mind, 1995, pg9). Maria Montessori allowed her teachers to have creativity and she helped teachers and caregivers understand that kids will teach themselves. Cross Montessori Angels, Inc. is a new way of using Montessori principles to help start a new way of helping the lost children that are in our streets. We am looking for partners who would like to help solve the gang crisis that is taking over every city offering hope and purpose for low income families. Cross Montessori Angels, Inc. would like to research and help foster a new way of helping and way to save children that are being shot each other every day in the streets of America people are negative with no solution. We make a personal pledge to change this broken system that our infants, toddlers, primary children, teenagers and young adults are faced with in 2018. My purpose and understanding of Montessori guided me to Montessori for Social Change an equal education group. Equity=Diversity that means, business, education from 0-12 years and ages 0-100 years old can benefit from Montessori and her research when we are a baby we need assistance and when we get old we are going to be in a baby like state and we are going to need the same help that we needed as infant or toddler. It's the cycle of learning the is normal to all human beings however given the right tools in life anyone can excel regardless of income as Montessori has been often reserved to help the population of the wealthy we want to change that ideology and frame of thought so let me introduce you to Cross Montessori Angels Inc. The world is seen sometimes in only black and white or the rich and the poor and etc. but we want to change how we see the world and see it like a colorful rainbow. We am aware that 80% of the world is considered working poor from check to check. That is considered a public known fact on national incomes around the world and in our city in Omaha. We had a conversion with a prominent Professor at Yale University who has reviewed my work and her name is Dr. Mira Debs, PHD. and she is the Executive Director and Director of Undergraduate Studies, Education Studies Program from Yale University. You are probably asking what Cross Montessori Angels is, Inc. and how can that help me find my purpose in life we are a 0 to 100 agency that helps establish Montessori schools. We have been researching just that topic and with my personal experience with being in a Gang and also being a Montessori teacher. We have made a personal connection because of my experience and my education. I also have a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Grace University and also I minored in Biblical Studies. While taking the Montessori training for my job and working with children who are Infants to 6 year's old I noticed that they all learned very fast because we were doing purposeful work. Cross Montessori Angels will help address and help end the current gang crisis in world. Also help stop ADHD, DYSLEXIA, AUTISM, and OR other Comprehension Setbacks. I started to think about my job as a Youth Care Worker for 6 years and the many kids I encountered from 12-18 years old at Uta Halee/Cooper Village a court ordered group home and all the group therapy we did with the kids.
