From the days of my joining as the head master till working as the Block Resource Person on pedagogy, I was interested to see the educational improvement and development of the students. When I found the non standardiseness of the students, I took keen interest to know of to what extent they have learnt and what yet not acquired? Then I devised the step to be taken for the students. What should be provided to them in learning first and then after words to follow the upwards in learning. Whereby they became able to move upwards on learning intrestedly with using the learnt knowledge and skills. I applied the steps I prepared for their learning improvement and also advise students, teachers, guardiand, parents the learning clues for their success in learning and found successes in them appreciatingly. That's why I felt the necessary of advising the syudents/learners to follow the 333 learning clues for their successful easy learning development in education.
