There is Catherine Mathilda Olafson who can't seem to agree with her past lives at to what actually happened to Helen of Troy (who she happened to be in a past life). Then again, not even Catherine is certain that she's not just a little crazy. Meet Sheena and Anya who own Psychic Scents, the pet shop/magic store on the town square. They want to be witches. Annie is an intrepid traveler who never left Forgetful. Danielle is a brave traveler who finds that Forgetful is not as different from her home in Santa Monica, California as she feared. Then there is Miranda Palmer and her partner Pete Blackmun, who must solve a terrible murder that might not be as weird as the bad guys want everyone to believe. And never forget, Walter the cowboy poet, holding forth from the Panther Bar, usually drunk himself. forgetful has a lot going on.
